“I have been unable to find a fault with all you have done. From the first contact by Graham through the scaffolders, installers and all members of the office backup and administration. Very well done and thank you. I registered with Scottish power yesterday with a little help from the ladies in the office. I now await my welcome pack from Scottish Power. Thank you all once again.”

“A few hiccups along the way but the product is good and the professionalism of the staff is unsurpassed. I would of preferred a bit of help from the person that was my primary contact with the company, in relation to the form filling that was required by me at the end. I did spend a fraught seven hours trying to get an answer from British Gas about an Account Number I didn't have (or need) but which they asked for. A little bit of thought into what information the customers need in the form filling side of things and what at the end seemed like a fraught process would of been a smooth path. I do not criticize the staff that sold me the system, installed the system or tried to help via the help desk - but a bit of thought need to go into the post installation experience for the customer as I was pulling my hair out at one stage.”

“I have recently been researching the benefits of fitting solar panels to our home.As always I have at least three quotes but this time I obtained five. David Galvin of EEC came out head and shoulders against the others in his explanations about solar energy and the associated issues including feed in tariff. He provided a rapid design and then coordinated a full on site visit and EPC prior to our acceptance. This was structured to fit in with our availability and we were kept up to date with everything that was happening. The panels have not been fitted as yet due to our commitments but to date the service has been second to none.”

“My experience of this company to date is very positive. The sales team have been very supportive and have given good advice I believe. Their surveyor was personable and answered any concerns I had about the proposed installation and my application has been acknowledged by phone in a professional manner. The proof of the pudding will be how the installation of the panels is handled and how the system beds in.”

“I was very impressed with this company, I would say it is the best provider I have ever employed . Their workmanship was brilliant, they fitted all the solar system in within the given timescales. I was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff that I had contact with , which was the sales Manager , the installers and the admin project team . They were all very polite and most importantly efficient and very knowledgeable . This is truly a company that I would recommend to everyone who want a high quality service and peace of mind that they are a well established company. I would like to thank EEC for such a wonderful service and I was sop pleased that I chose them to install my new solar system”

“We found the company most professional in all aspects. One minor hick-up was the fact that the layout of the solar panels was changed three times before final installation. The first plan was set at the quotation stage, the second when the first crew turned up and the last change when the scaffolding had been put up and the installation was done,We would have preferred NOT to have had that confusion. However, this did not affect the end result.”
