“Some years ago in discussions with friends we thought the installation of solar panels were not efficient enough to be a viable proposition and that the life of the ancillary equipment had too short a life. Since then things have improved a great deal. So where did I start ? Inquiries to a number of installers some very evasive as to the costs and product effectiveness brought me to EEC and I never looked back. The staff could not have be more professional to my questions and then decided to pursue . Surveyors visit was thorough, answering all of the concerns I may have had and was very persistent that I understood my customers rights, spoke to me and not at me. Come the day of installation the two fitters arrived on time both kept me informed on what they were doing , they were professional and friendly, gave me a thorough run down on what has been done with everything left clean and tidy. Have now had my first Tariff payment and is well within expected returns would I recommend , yes P G Barnes”

“We had a quite complex installation which took some time in reaching the installation phase. However EEC worked with us and at a fantastic price to ensure we got what we wanted, when we wanted it (give or take). The aftercare has been great and I know that if I have any questions or concerns that they will help me out quickly and without complaint. Overall, very happy with our installation and looking forward to a bright future... the brighter the better from a solar PV point of view!”

“Great service from planning to completion, clean, tidy and polite workmen. As a wheelchair user, the workmen even took photos to show me the work they'd done in an inaccessible place to me. I would highly recommend this company.”

“After listening to four solar salesmens talks, I am so pleased that I chose EEC Solar to got my 4KW system, I have nothing but praise for this amazing company.I am a great one for doing research on the internet and when I found out that the security arm of this firm had been in trouble with rogue traders some 10 years ago, to say I was apprehensive about going ahead was an understatement.However I was impressed with Tim the solar salesmen and putting my fears to him, he reassured me that this was in the past and the company had made monumental efforts to improve customer service, I was able to chat with another satisfied customer and the following day Jez the surveyor arrived and did a superb job of measuring up and demonstrating to me how my system would benefit me, he was a lovely calm, non pushy guy , who put my mind completely at ease.A few days later the scaffolding was up and another day and the fitters arrived, John and Malek, what super lads, so clean and tidy, worked really hard and did a quality job of fitting my 16 black panels and the inverter, which I had put in the garage.Every time the fitters came in the house they took their shoes off and were so cheerful to have around, despite the heaven rain showers. My roof is slate tiles therefore was more tricky to fit than normal, but these lads managed great, any tiles broken in the processs were replaced , and John looked up in the loft for me to check all was sound and dry, which it was. Unfortunately when they turned on the inverter it wasn't working and had a manufacturers fault, John came back next day but still no power was being generated. The company then sent out Andy , the ex royal marine,who ascertained that it was un repairable and asked the company to replace it. A few days later , James came over and put the new inverter in , it worked great. And in no time I was generating my own power.I was very impressed by how the company dealt with the problem and worked tirelessly to put it right. Then there was the help of the admin girls in the office, a free call brought me the very pleasant efficient help of the 3 Claire's and Hannah, what a great advert to the company they were again, kept me up to date with what was happening and helped me to complete the relevant FIT forms. if anyone is considering having solar panels, don't hesitate for a minute get EEC solar to do the work, best price, top of the range panels and inverter and workmanship and superb people all around.Thanks EEC solar it's been a pleasure to know you.”

“There was no sales pressure and the gentleman who came to discuss having solar panels was very knowledgeable about the whole matter. The panels were fitted a week later and apart from a slight delay because the wrong panels were delivered, this was quickly resolved. The panel fitters were very efficient and the electrician explained very clearly how the system worked. Very satisfied so far. just need a bit more sun but impressed with the level of electricity generated even with rain and cloud.”

“I have been most impressed with all the personnel in this company with whom I have had dealings. From Sales through administration and planning to the engineers who fitted the solar panels and finally to the engineer who has been so helpful in identifying a problem. As a single person of advancing years I can honestly say I have been able to trust every word they have said and all my questions have been answered helpfully and politely. I was assisted through every element of the paperwork that is necessary. It is rare to come across a company that is as efficient and concerned with the customer as EEC has been.”

“From our initial contact we were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of your team and were not disappointed with the efficiency of the installation and support with documentation. Now we are away in Greece for 5 weeks but trust everything is going to plan and we are making electricity while the sun shines there. Could do with similar here in our Greek house.”

“Everything was very professional from the salesman to the men who put the scaffold up to the men who put the panels up, and a special thanks to the ladies in the office who were always ready to help, thank you from a satisfied couple. I would recommend you to anyone looking for solar panels.”

“We were very impressed with Liam. He was very thorough, helpfully informative and knew both his subject and his product very well, without being pushy. Also the receptionist in the office who phoned us later was also very helpful. They both spoke very clearly and were sensitive to my hearing loss.”

“The process of making a substantial capital investment for Solar Panels has been made easier with the efficiency of the staff at EEC from the initial salesman Tim through to the fitters Jimmy and Peter who have made a super clean job and explained how the system is expected to work. I am now just hoping the FIT application process goes as smoothly. Thank you all for your help so far...”
