Was somewhat disappointed with the bouquet. The presentation was somewhat disappointing and a couple of flowers didn’t bloom within the 48 hour period. I selected the large option and really didn’t meet my expectations

The delivery was very prompt but the very high cost of the flowers did not warrant the amount of flowers that were in the bouquet i am sorry but will not be using you again.

Ordered a large size but when it arrived it didn’t look like a large, few of the roses were damaged and the message card was not even in the box.

Quick and easy to use website. I was really disappointed with the flowers themselves. They looked nothing like the photograph and even after they opened and bloomed, they looked like a reduced price supermarket bunch at the end of the day. I did want to send a complaint email but the flowers were for a friend currently having chemotherapy so I didn't want to keep asking for daily photo updates. She appreciated the gesture which was nice enough. I don't like leaving negative reviews in general but with the cost of living, flowers are even more of a luxury so you would expect them just to look as they cost. Thank you.

The vase I bought for the flowers was leaking water looks like there is a very small hole in it

Flowers were not delivered till 16.17 in the afternoon, these flowers were for a special birthday, bit late in the day.

The delivery driver/service was awful. The box was all crushed squashed and ripped open. It wasn't left in a "safe place" with a delivery card. My dad just found them thrown under his car. There was no need for them to be thrown any where as my parents were in and have cameras. Noone rang the doorbell to deliver the flowers. Furthermore this was a surprise for their 30th anniversary but it has now totally put me off from using this florist and this service again. I am very saddened and disappointed by this. I am chronically ill and disabled so it is hard for me to get out so I saw your florist on line and thought you would be good, reliable to use. Seems I was very wrong. Not happy at all.

The flowers arrived at delivery address late afternoon. They were dry and floppy and some petals had fallen off. I was very disappointed with them. They were a birthday present for my sister.

The flowers arrived and looked like they were dying already which was a shame. I paid extra for large and they was no where near large as I’ve had/seen before. The delivery was on time and next day which was good. Just disappointed with the quality

Used many times before but really disappointed on this occasion. Bouquet got hand delivered. It got left on the door step in a Wilkos bag in the pouring rain at 4 pm. No note through the door was Left. And it was only found when I asked if they enjoyed the surprise flower delivery four hours later. The flowers drenched Poor delivery Poor service Money wasted.

Disappointed as ordered for same day delivery for a birthday gift I’d forgotten to send. After placing my order, paying for it and confirming the same day delivery I later received a text to say they couldn’t deliver that day. I asked to cancel the order to be told it would be 3-5 days before I was reimbursed. Very unhappy as it was too late to sort anything else for the same day by this point.

The flowers were lovely, but as it was for a birthday it would of been nice if they arrived in the morning, and not gone 5.30 when we were on our way to dinner. So birthday girl did not get her flowers until 11.00 when we got back home

Flowers didn't arrive to the reception until 6.30 - which is unmanned by then so I'm still not sure whether mother-in-law got them. £43 is a lot to pay for something that didn't arrive during her birthday celebrations.

Delivery thursday. original roses not available-so accepted alternative.Outstanding presentation,but disappointed in the roses content.The 5 t-roses ok-still look good.The 5 spray roses :- 1. did not open at all 2. two of them wilted within 2 days, the 3 others by sunday this resulted in "a to much greenery" look. For the price paid expect bouquet to last at least 5-days.
