“Flowered delivered two days late without explanation. It was an important date that I had ordered flowers for. Very disappointed and sad.”

“Paid for a large bunch of roses and carnations ( blessings bouquet) that should of been in bud. Arrived a day late....in full bloom to the point of shrivelled and discolored. Was very disappointed by the size and state ...some were also broke and had to be discarded.”

“The service from EFlorist has always been excellent. I have used them a number of times and they have always delivered on time. However on this occasion it did not work because I was dumped afterwards by text message!”

“Placed order and flowers were due to be delivered on Friday. Yodel was courier used and they sent text to say flowers had been delivered but they hadn't. Wrote email to say disappointed and give praise when it's due Eflorist email back and sent replacement flowers out., but unfortunately the moment had passed, fingers crossed they get it right 2nd time.”

“Ordering was simple and straightforward, loved the fact that I got delivery updates and could track the delivery. They arrived on the day specified, have had issues with this when using other online florists, were well packaged and the recipient was delighted with them. That makes two very happy people. Would definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending EFlorist over other online florists. Keep up the great service :)”

“The basket of flowers were for my daughter-in-laws birthday. They arrived promptly and she is absolutely delighted with them. She has sent me a photo of them and I am delighted and relieved also. It is always difficult to send flowers abroad but you have ticked all the boxes - customer service, price and prompt delivery. I shall certainly use you again and recommend you to my family and friends. Thank you.”
