“Delivery did not arrive, customer services could not locate my order at first. When they did they said there was a problem and it had not been delivered. Customer service dreadful in that it is only via email ...no telephone line and the customer services would not call me. It says there is a chat facility but it was never turned on when I tried it during the hours it should have been live. So all very protracted and prolonged communications meaning that the surprise of flower delivery for our very sad occasion was missed. Advice - do not use”

“First time I have used EFlorist, order beautiful golden and white bouquet for a family members Golden Wedding, ordering was easy, delivery was within the time given, the flowers were fresh, only problem was it said free chocolates but they apparently were not with the bouguet”

“Ordered from EFlorist multiple times and not once have they let me down! Ordering from start to finish is so easy. The flowers and packaging are absolutely amazing. I ordered flowers the other day and selected same day delivery and right enough a couple of hours later they were delivered. Found EFlorist last year and I’ve never used another service as their’s is flawless and dependable. Highly recommend!!”

“Absolutely brilliant! My order was delivered by a local florist within an hour of my online order. The flowers were exactly what I had ordered and really good value for money. My friend was thrilled with them. I will definitely use EFlorist next time I send flowers to anyone.”

“I ordered two sets of flowers, both were a good price and included chocolates. Both were delivered the next day. I received notification as each was delivered. The recipients were happy with their flowers.”
