Delivery was prompt ( although amazon said they had delivered when they hadnt) so I called customer service who replaced the order straight away and delivered the next day

I ordered some flowers last weekend. Luckily, they were not for a birthday. I requested a Saturday and understood that this could not be guaranteed. They never arrived and they still didn’t arrive the following day. It got to Tuesday and no sign of the flowers. I contacted eflorist help desk to ask where they were and they apologised and said they could send them out again. I requested this Saturday morning. They replied to say that they couldn’t guarantee a day or time. I would have thought that as a gesture of goodwill they would have been able to send my now week overdue flowers out for a specified time. But no, I just received a sorry they couldn’t do that. As I said, I am glad that they weren’t for a birthday or special occasion as it would have been embarrassing for them to have not turned up. Shoddy, impersonal service will not be using again (it was my first experience) and absolutely would not recommend. Back to Bloom and Wild for me!

I wish I could tell you how you made me happy but I'm sorry to say that I was quite disappointed. I ordered your Luxury Red Roses together with a vase which all in all was quite expensive. The delivery was prompt and on time but the roses that you claimed would arrive "in bud" were way past that stage and in fact all were fully open and a little more and some were quite droopy. They lasted in the vase for no more than forty-eight hours. They were to help celebrate a once in a lifetime event so there is little point in asking for a replacement. I will not be buying from you again and I'm afraid that I cannot recommend you on this showing.

My friend was very happy to receive her flowers. I paid extra for them to be delivered on her birthday and they were. I was updated and able to track my order. Very pleased with the service.

I have sent flowers twice and the recipient expressed how beautiful they were and how long they lasted when other flowers they had received had long passed their best whilst mine were still going strong. would not hesitate to use your service again..

Although promptly delivered, the flowers were not accompanied by the personal message typed on website. This left the recipient unaware as to why they had been sent (non birthday). Quick response from eflorist customer service when queried in their defence, but to date, had no explanation as to why the message was omitted. Considering the price, I would expect a more professional service.

Very disappointed. I ordered flowers online but when I attempted to pay I received a message that the payment was unsuccessful and asked me to try again. Which I did, and payment was then successful. I then received emails telling me that BOTH payments had gone through - as two separate orders. I immediately contacted customer services who replied that they could not cancel either of the orders as the shippers would have already printed the labels! Fortunately we were able to pass on the second bouquet to a friend but we found eFlorist's ordering system and customer service to be pathetic. Definitely will not use again.

The flowers arrived at the time given. The bouquet looked really pretty. We were staying with the recipient and a week later the blooms were still beautiful.

I am so upset. I ordered flowers to be delivered to Newquay for my best friends mother's birthday (to be delivered today 1st November). My friend and her mother have gone to Newquay this week for birthday celebrations. It is 4.39pm and the flowers have not arrived. I paid £6 for the next day delivery, £30 in total for this order and honestly amazed that the flowers have not been delivered yet. My friend and her mother and thier family are going out for a meal at 5pm. So unless the delivery arrives soon, no one will be in to receive the flowers. I had typed Newquay florists with delivery on Google search and honestly wish I had kept scrolling and not used Eflorist. This is ridiculous, I'm honestly gutted about this service.

I have had a few bequests sent to different people for different occasions and everyone has been absolutely thrilled with the flowers they received comments like beautiful colours, they lasted for such a long time. The flowers are always delivered on the day requested and always in great condition. Thank you eflorist you eflorist
