“Am happy to help other customers but would like you to read it too! I sent a large bouquet to my sister in law for her 70th birthday. I know you always say they're delivered in bud but the overall condition of the flowers was very disappointing. It was delivered by Amazon, which I hadn't heard of before for delivering your flowers, and from following the delivery timeline, it went 150 miles from Milton Keynes (collected on one evening) and not delivered until tea time the following day to Wakefield (virtually Leeds). I was trying to do something special for her but it had obviously been on a van for at least 24 hours with no water. Have used E-Florist several times but this was the most disappointing”

“Very easy to order on the website & regular emails received about the status of the order which was useful as the flowers were not for me. The recipient was very happy with the flowers so I will use this website again for any future orders”

“Terrible experience after several times, so I definitely will not be using eflorist again! I’ve had nearly rotten old flowers sent to me in past with no apology given, and delivery not been on time! I have selected a chosen delivery date for a reason, and I made the order a month in advance!!! But still no show of the flowers, and no apology or update, it would have been nice to receive a message to say it’s been delayed or something, but clearly as alot of the other reviews are stating, this company doesn’t have common sense or any care for customer service! Why state that flowers will be delivered on ‘chosen date’ if they are not ?! Don’t promise something to your customers when you can’t deliver. Terrible service and disgusting way of dealing with it, save yourself the time and hassle and money and go somewhere else!!”

“There was a problem with my friends first bouquet they were delivered somewhere else It was not eFlorist fault. I spoke to a lovely person whose name was Simon I explained what happened and he apologised. It was not his fault He organised a replacement straight away. My dear friend received them and was over the moon so thank you”

“I sent flowers to my granddaughter for her birthday from Australia. I put the correct name and street address on the order, but inadvertently put the incorrect postcode. The flowers were not delivered and returned to the depot, with no advice of this happening. How difficult would it have been to use the street address given. A bit of common sense was lacking, and could easily have been applied here. Very disappointing, and no refund or credit given for what was a very simple mistake on my part. Will definitely not use them again.”

“This is the first time l have ordered flowers over the net and l can only say l picked the right one it was simple to do, even for me. The recipient was very happy with the delivery and having the vase arrive with the flowers only made it much easier for her, as like me she is not a flower arranger, the chocolates were delicious, apparently l didn't get one. Thank you for making my life easy. no having to travel to town and order them, l know which site l will go to next time l need to send flowers.”

“Eflorist was a fast and efficient service suitable for anyone with busy lives who haven’t got time to go into florists. The price was good considering the quality of the product, the time to arrange the flowers, the delivery and I couldn’t fault it’s presentation on arrival.”

“So upset…bought the “Radiance” bouquet for my sister and what she received was inadequate & below par! The 6 roses were wilted around the petal edges, the carnations were sparse and the additional purple & yellow foliage was thin, in fact, the purple foliage was non existent! I will certainly not be wasting my money on this company going forward, I’d have bought a better bouquet on the side of the road to be honest. Appalling!”
