“The flowers were beautiful but, when I ordered I was given the choice of the next day delivery, that didn’t happen and they arrived 2 days later, this missed the window in when I needed them to arrive. If you can’t offer this service then you shouldn’t advertise it!”

“I had a heart attack in August of this year and am currently suffering with severe sciatica leaving me in pain and unable to take my wife out and about which she loves. I looked online for a gift to get her for looking after me so well and chanced upon EFlorist website which looked great for a thank you bouquet of flowers. I chose, paid and selected the delivery date with no problems. My wife was over the moon when they arrived and a week later they still look great on our entrance hall table. A wise choice.”

“The flowers were delivered to my mum in hospital, it meant a lot as, I am some distance from here. The condition of the flowers were absolutely pristine, beautiful. One very happy lady. Thank you 😀 I also changed the delivery date, and, the company were brilliant at meeting my request.”

“The flowers were fresh and nice card but I was disappointed that despite paying extra for the flowers to be delivered on the day I wanted, they arrived the day after. It’s not nice having birthday flowers delivered a day late”

“STAY AWAY ordered flowers for my parents for Christmas and they were awful! Wouldn’t have paid £5 from a garage. Wrong colours, wrong flowers, more green than flowers!! Very disappointed and upset. Never again will I use this company”

“I ordered and paid for a large bouquet so that there would be an extra abundence of blooms but there was half a dozen buds which upon querying had they sent a large bouquet they responded with a yes we send buds so they bloom and fill out. I understand that but it is a lot of money when you pay for quantity as well as quality and not half half a dozen buds and hope when they bloom they fill the vase! Disappointed not value for money and there are better florists out there that are far better! So large in this case is definitely not better!!”

“I recently sent my daughter flowers from EFlorist, she has just had 2 lots of surgery for breast cancer and is now awaiting chemo and radiotherapy. She was on one particular day very low, so I sent flowers from EFlorist, they were beautiful, they certainly helped make her day more cheerful. Putting a smile on her face certainly helps not just my daughter but all our family. I hadn’t used EFlorist before but will definitely use them in the future.”

“It was a trouble free experience. Flowers were delievered on time as per prior notification. Well packaged so there was no damage. Flowere were EXACTLY as shown on website.....would i use again... absolutely without hesitation.”
