“Product DE22LUXEM21 Sadly I will never use this service again, the flowers arrived with the head off one of the roses , the card I requested wasn't in the box and neither were the chocolates, I could have went to a local supermarket and got better flowers, a truly awful experience.”

“It never arrived. You've still got my money. Customer service responded once after 23 emails, and then did nothing. £50 wasted and no flowers for a 92 Yr old Gran at Christmas. I will never let you let down my family again.”

“Simple website easy to navigate and place an order, especially when reordering Fabulous selection of flowers sizes prices etc and seasonal arrangements Recipients have always told me how fresh in bud long lasting the flowers are. In fact one of my recipients this Christmas has retained 2 red roses dried from last Christmas 2022 on her dressing table! Excellent feedback on tracking delivery too Jane”

“order went smoothly until the transport destroyed the package and the shipment was cancelled. the new shipment arrived quickly, the very next day. But I think the flower bouquet was much more modest than what was ordered (medium Rose&Lily), I'm disappointed in that. It was a christmas gift to My daughter in England, I am from Finland.”

“Very disappointed with both of the flowers I ordered for gifs they were very poor condition.I paid extra for a vase that didn’t come the flowers were two days late which spoiled the surprise.I wouldn’t use ever again”

“The flowers I ordered were a Christmas gift for a close family member. I am told that they arrived in mint condition with the buds just slightly opening. They are in full flower now and look wonderful exactly as shown in the picture. For my part the delivery information provided to me was spot on with the flowers arriving precisely as estimated. You provide value for moneyand not having used you before, I would certainly use you again.”
