“Ordered and paid for next day delivery but took 3 days to be delivered by which time the birthday had come and gone and it looked like I’d forgot and flowers 3 days late was an after thought I won’t be using e flowers again”

“Flowers were supposed to be delivered on the 4th December. Been emailed to say it will be 7th now. Birthday surprise ruined. Contacted E florist twice but no response. Pathetic”

“Beautiful flowers and chocs. Only negative was the driver didn't knock the door so they weren't found until very late at night. Good job it was a cold night! :0)”

“The flowers arrived on time and the recipient was pleased with them. However when I saw them I was disappointed as I’d paid more for a large bouquet at £40. These were not a large bouquet….. free chocolates didn’t arrive either so not impressed”

“I had ordered these for a very dipresive person who needed a little cheering up and she loves flower, but I never received the flower I had an email to say we hope there beautiful but I've never seen them they didn't turn up and now no one is answering the email I've sent to say I haven't revived them, it's not a good look for your company you have taken my money and I've not seen 1 flower it's ridiculous”
