“The flowers I ordered were a Christmas gift for a close family member. I am told that they arrived in mint condition with the buds just slightly opening. They are in full flower now and look wonderful exactly as shown in the picture. For my part the delivery information provided to me was spot on with the flowers arriving precisely as estimated. You provide value for moneyand not having used you before, I would certainly use you again.”

“I had two failed deliveries to the same lady for Christmas. Already informed you of this, had request 393138 raised by you, one order refunded, still no sign of my friends flowers though. Very disappointed”

“Ordering was relatively easy but delivery wasn't good. It arrived so late in the day that the office they were sent to couldn't accept them. All customer service said was it could be delivered up to 9pm.”

“Ordered several of the same flowers bouquet, all delivered to various parts of the UK, I was told by Brothers and Sisters that they loved their flowers , two of the bouquets I did get to see , both were lovely but one of them had less Greenery giving the impression of a smaller bouquet, I would have been happy with the first one I saw had I not seen the second one , overall very happy again .”

“Do NOT use this company. I ordered a Christmas basket which didn't look anything like the one I paid for and thrown together costing £50. When I asked for the right order to be resent they have refused and that is basically their customer service!”
