“You cancelled my last order without my permission and without letting me know, for no reason. And worst still this order was a birthday present. I’ve never had a proper apology or reason why and still waiting for refund? NOT HAPPY 😡”

“One of my orders was left in the dustbin with no say wher they were. If the bins had been emptied they would not have received But they say on their ccctv where the driver had left them and got then out. I am very disappointed with this barbara gibson.”

“I specifically choose eflorist because I was able to select a delivery date before Christmas. It was an overseas delivery to my Aunt and therefore very special. At £64 including a service charge for the delivery, this was not a cheap purchase. The flowers were delivered after Christmas with no notification that they were not delivered on time or reason why, and when they arrived they were not representative of the bouquet ordered. Stems were broken and flowers half dead, half of the bouquet was unable to be vased. This was so disappointing, and when I complained I was given a ‘goodwill gesture’ of £18 as a refund. This is less than a third of what I spent on the flowers. There were no options to spend less on a smaller bouquet so I expect a full intact bouquet to be delivered, the flowers advertised were not unusual flowers so I don’t expect all of them to be substituted for what it seems to be whatever was left at the florist after Christmas. Add this to them not being delivered on time, simply is not good enough and poor service. I have used other services before to send flowers to the US regularly without issue, and the one time there was it was dealt with quickly and with satisfactory recompense, so I will go back to them and never use eflorist again. I include photos of what bouquet should have looked like and what my Aunt ended up with - it’s easy to see which is which….”

“Your caption says it all ....YOU ARE SIMPLY THE BEST ! I ordered 'Thank you' flowers late on an evening and didn't expect them to arrive the next day but they did ! The bouquet was beautiful, flowers were fresh and they arrive packaged in a lovely box. Brilliant delivery service ! I have purchased before and always been delighted . if you are on the fence about this company , don't be !”

“The flowers were ok but delivery went to wrong address and when reported was told that it couldn’t be sorted till the Tuesday following. I know it was weekend but but as it was early in the morning thought it could have been sorted that day. We actually sorted ourselves ,,,”

“I ordered a Seasonal bunch of flowers for my brother in New Zealand so I wasn't really sure what it would look like. There was an issue with my chosed delivery date and someone called me very quickly to organise a suitable alternative before Christmas. My brother sent me photos of the flowers and they look stunning. He has also reported that they lasted well and were "excellent". I am very happy with this service and will definitely use them again for birthdays and Christmas.”

“As a first time customer I was very disappointed with the Rose's that I ordered for my fiance for our anniversary when they arrived they were already past their best and looked wilted and nearly dead. The delivery was quick and was kept informed at every step of the delivery process was just a shame they wasnt great when they arrived.”
