“I am still waiting for the flowers nobody will take responsibility for them it has been a total failure. I wish someone would just ring me instead of me having to try to do it all and get fob of by either the seller or yodle each saying it is there issue not theirs.”

“I sent some flowers to a friend who was feeling very depressed. They arrived in excellent condition and she phoned me as soon as they arrived and she sounded like a different person. She was so pleased and happy. Will deffinately use your service again when necessary”

“Ordered for my sisters 52 anniversary. Process very easy, delivery was as specified ie promptly next day. I haven’t seen the flowers but she seems very happy with them. I’ve used florets a few times now and not been disappointed.”

“Flowers and chocolates were delivered on the day requested, to my friend on her birthday. They were very well packed and my friend was 'over the moon' at how lovely the lilies and roses are. I ha ve used eFlorist on several occasions and I have never received any negative comments from recipients. Prices are very good and the selection of bouquets first rate. I shall certainly continue to use eFlorist as my first choice florist for as long as they keep providing a first class service.”

“Hi I've bought flower from you before and I loved them but I just ordered some 31/08/22 and I wasn't happy with them I got one Lilly and the pink roses had just about died I'm not one too complain but the last lot were lovely and that's why I chose too come back too you”

“Ordered the flowers from Australia for delivery to Newcastle on Tyne and everything seemed to go well on price, delivery timing and quality of flowers & for recognition of our Wedding Anniversary my wife seemed pleased. So, no grumbles and would be happy to use the service again. Michael Gill.”

“I had no difficulty ordering. I was sending abroad and if I’m honest I’m not really happy with the flowers although the recipient was and that’s what matters. It was almost £60 . My sister in law said her photo didn’t do them justice.”

“The flowers I ordered have still not been delivered. Ordered 1st sept for delivery 3rd sept. It is now 2320 4th sep. I could not recommend your service. I think reimbursement is in order, as an apology for such awful service Tried to contact you, but couldn’t get a response!!! recommended by me.”
