“Very disappointed ordered flowers for delivery on the 19th and they still have not been delivered. The anniversary was the on 21st. Requested info and nothing received.”

“We are so impressed and very happy, after 1800 flowers let us down again I was at a loss. You made my Mum smile, honestly I think she enjoyed the free chocolates the most. I am happy because she is happy. We will be ordering more flowers from you.”

“My flowers were left outside. No message attached even though I wrote one. It spoiled the surprise to my friend because she did not know who it was from. Very disappointed. I won’t be using you again.”

“Very reasonable prices and a great selection. I found exactly what I needed and the whole process of ordering was so easy and efficient. My friend received her beautiful plant the next day and lived it. I will definitely be using EFlorist whenever I need flowers or a present to be delivered”

“I have been in hospital and arranged for two lots of flowers to be delivered. One went to Scotland and my friend sent me a picture and they were what I had paid for. The second lot of flowers were sent to my sister for her birthday to Liverpool they arrived on time but were all dead except for 3 roses. Very disappointed would like my money back for at least the bunch that were dead!!! See pictures”

“Unsure of what day the flowers were to be delivered. When they were, some were limp due to no moisture in the package at all. Also thought there would have been a few more in the package. I’ve used Eflorist before with no complaint so know the normal standard.”
