“Flowers didn't arrive on the correct day”

“Some issues with the delivery date and the flowers sent were droopy and took a lot of tlc to recover. 2 rose stems were broken. The flowers that did revive were lovely, especially the lilies but I am unlikely to use or recommend you again.”

“My mum in law was really happy with the flowers she received however it was a good job I let her know she was expecting a parcel as the card was not included to say who they were from!”

“Unfortunately the mistake about delivery was my own fault, I think that I leant to weakly on one of the numbers on my daughters Address but it came to a happy ending as the house where it was delivered found her”
