“No confirmation email to say flower were delivered. Only 5 flowers, nothing like was advertised Delivered late on the day From reading others reviews I am lucky but they were rubbish Will not use them again, too stressful and disappointing”

“Really pleased with the service and the flowers. I misjudged when my friend would be home so unfortunately the flowers were unopened for 5 days. However, my friend sent me a picture of them once they were in the vase after that period of time and both she and myself think the flowers are really lovely. Very good value, easy to order and excellent delivery confirmation.”

“Order was not delivered on the requested and paid date. Even after 48 hours - tracking says still on its way. Finally cancelled the order as not serving the purpose. No response to emails on the weekend. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“I think my daughter was pleased with the flowers but they were not still in bud apart from the lillies. I have not seen the flowers for myself so can only go bye the feedback from my daughter.They arrived on the right day in a safe place”

“First time I've used EFlorist sending 2 bouquets to 2 different people in West Sussex, I live in Somerset. Both were on time and recipients were very pleased. They didn't cost a fortune compared to other companies and I'd be happy to use them again.”

“Price for the flowers was decent for what I was expecting, I bought a medium bouquet knowing that my mother had a regular sized vase. Flowers looked very sparse - I would not say that the bouquet was a medium at all. Delivery was good though, tracking was accurate and swift. Easy to purchase.”

“I’ve been sending EFlorist flowers to my MIL since my partner, her only child, passed away 3 yrs ago. She would tell me if she thought the bouquets were substandard in any way. Website easy to use, delivered on time, flowers beautiful”

“The flowers were delivered a little later than expected but I admit I ordered them on Saturday for a Sunday delivery so I half expected that, however the recipients were absolutely delighted with the flowers great presentation and good value, I would also must add the customer service was brilliant Alisha and Olivia kept me informed in a timely manner, I would definitely use again.”
