Very dissapointed with the flowers - they were meant to be the largest arrangement but what arrived was a joke

Good thing was quick delivery. Bad thing flowers were nowhere near what they advertised. Very disappointed. Sister in law liked them but she didn’t know what they should have been like. I ordered a large bouquet and if this was large I dread to think what the small and medium ones are like!

Haven't seen the flowers so I cannot comment about them. I am however appalled by the length of the delivery. They would have been in the back of a van in the heat for about 36 hours. Please change your courier to someone who can deliver on time. I have used this site many times but now I'll try somewhere else, sorry.

Quick delivery but the large bunch of flowers was really small, especially for the price. Also the free box of chocolates is tiny, no where near the size of the one in the photo.

I ordered my bouquet as a birthday present it was meant to arrive on the day and it didn’t even though it stated it would and got there the next day So as you can imagine it ruined the surprise I was not happy at all

I order the same flowers every month, this time they were delivered box of flowers damaged which broke two of the flowers and not all of the flowers were in bud, also the box of chocolates were damage.

I normally buy flowers for my partner each week from Aldi, but thought it would be a nice touch to get her a bouquet delivered for a change. What a mistake, the flowers delivered looked about a quarter of the quantity shown on the example photo and have already started to die 2 days later. What a waste of money,seen better flowers at the local garage.Never again

Birthday flowers for my mum. Now a birthday is on a specific day, when filling out the details it asked me what day I wanted them delivered. They were delivered a day early, what’s the point in asking me what day I wanted them delivered if that request is ignored.

Ordered for a colleagues 70th birthday Gave 2 days notice (ordered 22nd for 24th) states can take 1-2 days so thought timeframe fine. Actually took 3 days, spoiling the celebration

I sent a luxury bouquet to my mother from overseas. What arrived was far less quality than the image on the website. No effort in the arrangement (my 5 year old could have done better and far fewer flowers than advertised. Not happy at all. Won’t use this service again

Ordered flowers for my partner for valentine's Day and though they came on the correct day, they're weren't value for money (about £5 worth of flowers) but mainly green foliage (maybe to bulk up) so that it looks bigger, and they looked dreadful. The deal included chocolate's, but they were missing as well. I contacted them to complain and although they replied and apologised and asked me to send them a photo of the flowers which I did, heard nothing back, or even a refund, absolutely nothing. My recommendation to people is buy from a supermarket (Aldi which I did, better flowers and better value) as I was so embarrassed by the flowers that were sent and my partner was upset, what should of been a romantic gesture of love, fell absolutely at the sight of them.

Lovely flowers, but given plenty of notice the flowers arrived 5 days after they were due... too late for the intended event. The company gave not a single monkeys, stating I had 'reordered them'... simply not true, I had asked for my original delivery to be completed. Try www.serenataflowers.com instead...

Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. Bought what I thought would look lovely and purchased the largest option. When my wife got her flowers I was embarrassed. I could have got a better bunch from a forecourt garage at 1/8 of the price. This is my worst experience of buying online flowers will never use them again. The two photos are what they advertised to what I got.
