“The flowers were not delivered and trying to get a response from someone is a joke, don't recommend these, I'm very disappointed”

“I ordered a "luxury" version of one of your items. What was delivered to my friend most certainly was not "luxury". I sent a complaint and received a dismissive response. Honestly, does the delivered item look ANYTHING like the advertised version on your site? What a rip-off. The only thing you got right was that it was delivered on time. I shall never buy from you again.”

“Would never buy from again flowers were half dead when arrived and some were broken less then a week and they were completely dead got put in the bin after 4 days”

“My flowers have not yet even delivered. I don’t know where they are. I ordered it to be delivered a week in advance for the 15th of October and they still haven’t arrived yet? By the time they get there or if they get there they are going to be in terribly condition. It was a bday gift and her bday has passed. I want a full refund. Terrible service. 1 star is even too much. It should be no stars. Truly disappointing. Never again.”

“I was extremely unimpressed by what I ordered verses what was received. A work colleague recently lost a friend in death. I ordered a large bouquet and what arrived was anything but. There were hardly any flowers so I dread to think what a small bouquet looks like!! I could have gone to a corner shop or petrol station and picked up something better. I was highly disappointed by what was received.”
