Absolutely shocking service. The flowers are disgrace and nothing like advertised. Do not use this company it is an absolute scam!!!!! Half the flowers were dead on arrival and not even the same colour or type of flower as advertised online.

Don’t use this company. Bought a £40 bouquet for a friend and what was received was an embarrassment! I have raised it with the company and got nowhere The photos are are the day they were delivered, followed by two days later and then the image they should have been.

Flowers received were nothing like the picture advertised for £53 they were very disappointing when I asked for a refund was told the flowers matched the description advertised so could not get a refund stay away people

I’ve just received an order I placed… I’ve just received an order I placed for my mum for Mother’s Day, I realised yesterday when I placed the order I forgot to change the date for next Friday as she’s away at the moment!!! I immediately contacted florist and explained my error and mentioned that no one would be there to receive the flowers… they were unable to do anything about it!!! So this morning I went to my mums house and waited for this beautiful bouquet of flowers, as shown in their photos!!!!! I so glad my mum wasn’t there to receive them they were half dead brown petals on the white roses droopy fresias half dead brown/green foliage and got even a full bunch of flowers. 7 white DEAD roses 2 sprigs of fresias and half of a bush of some sort. They didn’t even go in the vase they were only fit for the bin which is where I put them…. I’m so glad my mum wasn’t there to receive them I would have been too embarrassed. Maybe they sent dead ones knowing she wasn’t going to be there to appreciate them… AVOID AVOID…..

I ordered flowers to be delivered last Sunday the 25th, when they arrived some of them were dead already, they came in a cardboard box with no food or water, Eflorist are quite expensive which is fine, but the flowers are almost all dead and its only Tuesday the 27th, i might aswell have used the money as toilet roll

I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my mother for her birthday. It was my first time ordering through Flowers.ie, upon seeing their offering I was delighted to do so. I set about choosing and then ordering a beautiful bouquet to be delivered on the 15th February the day of my mother's birthday. The following week i spoke with my Mom and was so disappointed to learn that upon opening the bouquet in a box she discovered that several of the flowers were already dead and what she had been presented with was the most dreadfully sparse bouquet, mainly greenery rather than flowers. I was so embarrassed. The bouquet did not look like the picture you are shown to choose from. It was her 70th Birthday, a really special occasion and to hear her sadness was so disheartening. I felt and still feel so upset. I am not one to complain but hearing these words spoken by Mom I felt I had to get in touch with customer care. I did so and the reply I received was "We are sorry to hear that the item was not to your expectations. Unfortunately, as we need all complaints of this nature reported within 7 days of the receipt of the item, due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to proceed with any action". I acknowledged the reply and asked that surely they would like to do right by their customer but sadly not. My advice steer clear, keep your money for a company that delivers and a top notch customer service which this company sorely lacks. Obviously do not bear much thought to their reputation and repeat business. Appalling and regrettable.

These were a birthday gift from my grandson. Love them because he got them, but he would have got fresher flowers from the garage. I am a florist and would have got the sack if I had sent these to anyone.

avoid like the plague , the flowers come look nothing like the ones on the pictures, they said they would open and half havent and most are dead 3 days after arriving total rip off and the customer service staff are as useful as the flowers

What an absolute rip off!!! DO NOT buy flowers from this company. I paid £32 (£25.99 + £5.99 delivery) for what basically amounted to an end-of-the-day miserly bunch of garage flowers! When I complained, they told me that the flowers I had received were of the correct colour, were fresh and were to the value paid. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Extremely bad customer service. They are ripoff. They charged me twice for the same order and when I contacted them.and emailed them They would not refund me. Extremely disappointed 😞

Shocking company. Flowers for Valentine’s Day didn’t arrive, no notice or correspondence. Only after harassing them did I get a response, they’d run out of stock and offered me a refund. If I hadn’t hounded they would have happily kept my money. Farcical behaviour, avoid at all costs.

I would not bother wasting your money, go to the supermarket they are much better and alot cheaper, paid £37.99 for a large bouquet and the size what turned up is ridiculous, my children could of picked better flowers from the garden, A card that was suppose to say happy valentines day turned up saying "Thinking of you"

Completely wrong flower’s arrived to the door? I was so confused as well as my girlfriend because they weren’t even colour matched to what they should have been (Even tho they stated on the website they would do this even certain flowers where not in stock? The flowers where not even price matched as you can see from pictures it looks like all the left overs at the end of the day where thrown together and wrapped… I’m so disappointed as this was my first time ordering from Eflorist. Not happy with what I received whatsoever so I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Still waiting to hear back from customer service but by the sound of the reviews I will be waiting some time. Also this is another company that dosnt have a phone number to call customer care, the only way to contact customer care is texting a robot, which really isn’t customer care if I’m honest. Overall it’s been a terrible experience.

Immediately after placing the order, I realized that I didn't mention the floor in which the flowers need to be delivered. I contacted them for support, they suggested that I need to take it up with the courier directly. How the hell am I supposed to know which courier they would use to deliver? No contact was given. It so happened that the flaming courier has left the flowers on the street and within 10 minutes they were gone!! Wasted money and more importantly wasted time and emotions. Never going to to order from them ever again!!
