“Gift of the Christmas basket & candle gift was left on the doorstep in the rain. The basket was but bedraggled, but the next day they was wilting, and third dead. The price for this was not cheap and I expected it to last a bit longer. I will not order anything in the future.”

“I had a quite high expectations but I am really disappointed because I paid for delivery in advance and for certain date. But on the date Amazon text me that the purchase is delaying. So, they delivered the flowers on the next day after the birthday, frozen and wilted. No one rang the bell, just left them on front door for one hour because I called the recipient to collect them.”

“Have always been very happy with service provided and quality of flowers. I even received a text message to inform me that the recipient hadn't answered and where the flowers were, which I was then able to communicate this to the recipient as I knew she was at home”
