“My order was left by some gates near my location so it took all morning to find them, they were also left late afternoon which is unreasonable when you what the recipient to enjoy them on the day, as it was a leaving gift she never received them, and your customer service was so matter of fact and had literally no empathy for the situation. I will not be using your service again.”
