“Day late delivering flowers no notification received to say they would be late or to say an alternative date when they would be delivered. No apology for same either. Disappointed with service. Will not use again.”

“Was supposed to be delivered with complimentary box of chocolates which never came with the flowers. The bouquet (which was also the largest) was a little disappointing. Can only imagine what the small bouquet would have looked like. Have ordered from here many times before and generally been satisfied but last couple of orders haven’t been up to standard.”

“I was delighted with the speed of delivery from eflorist as my sister in law had just come out of hospital that day and it was her birthday. I was however, a little disappointed with the size and range of flowers in the bouquet as I had paid £60+ for a luxury Princess bouquet. I did not feel this was good value for money. Photo attached below.”

“The bouquet of flowers was beautiful and was delivered as requested, time and date to my daughter in law who was delighted with her birthday present. The price was fair and good value. Thank you. I shall definitely use your company again. Regards Helen Howes”

“Thank you for putting a smile back on my daughter’s face. It was her birthday and unfortunately we were unable to visit her as we had planned to so she was alone all day. I got a text message to say that the flowers were on there way so I video called her to see the look of surprise on her face. The flowers were beautiful and I had paid extra fora vase so they were already displayed in the vase. The florist did a lovely job and the delivery man was lovely too and wished my daughter a happy birthday. They were ordered and delivered within 2 hours, great service, would definitely use again Thank you”
