“Could not find a courier. What sort of a business offers a service that they cannot deliver? Received a phone call from someone clearly working form home - blaring TV in the background. Told them to cancel my order, did not receive refund . They did however manage to add me to their junk mail list. Why on earth would I want junkmail from an incompetent company who can't do the job they advertise”

“Had an email saying that my order couldn't be fulfilled due to availability and had until 4pm to reply and sort something else but because I was at work I didn't see the email until late evening and was totally unaware that my stepmother had not received her birthday flowers 😕”
