“Ordered with you before and everything was fine, this time the tulips were all drooping. They were for my daughters birthday and I’m very disappointed”

“I’m a little disappointed with the bouquet of flowers. Which is a shame because they are beautiful flowers, however Two of the flowers were damaged and the bunch was quite small considering the amount I paid for it. They were for my mums 60th birthday, and they did not turn out the way I expected.”

“Ordered flowers for my mums birthday and was very disappointed. They looked like a cheap bunch of flowers you would get from a petrol station. The box was soggy and crushed at one end 3 of the flowers no longer had the heads attached and what was left was a £5.00 bunch of cheap looking tatty flowers. A complete waste of money.”

“The delivery service was very quick but the flowers were not what I expected they looked like something I picked up from a reduced section in a shop. Quite disappointed as they were from my mums 40th Birthday. Not sure if all the flowers are like this but I wouldn’t recommend the 18 roses. I have uploaded a picture of what you expect to what you get.”

“Hi Ordering process was fine, delivery by mid-day appreciated, but quality and state of flowers unfortunately lacking. Flowers appeared to be half dead - have taken photos. Not a good experience. MK”

“What is the point of chosing a delivery date if your not going to actually deliver them by that day... just said they will be delivered 1-2days after! The flowers are important as today should of been our wedding day. Its no good recieving them a few days after that date!if i had known i would of chose the date a few days before. Ive spent alot of money on flowers aswell. Terrible service!!”

“Flowers were in good condition and will hopefully look great in a few days, however, I'm disappointed in the number of stems. Having ordered the large sized bouquet I was expected at least a few more than the photo of the medium shown - but looks as though it's one extra rose and one lily. Also, lack of foliage was disappointing. Overall, wish I'd spent half the cost for a bunch from M&S!”

“Flowers arrived on time. However certainly not as advertised on the website. Rather disappointing as I purchased these for my mothers birthday present. The flowers were okay, but definitely not as shown on pictures. Feeling a bit ripped off to be honest.”

“The flowers were delivered on the correct day and were very nice but the chocolates were not in the delivery. I was very disappointed as it was a little gift to cheer my Daughter and her Fiance up on what should have been their wedding day, cancelled due to coronavirus. I was swayed to chose EFlorist for their deal of a free box of chocolates, when I could have chosen to support a local florist.”

“Bought flowers for special occasion. They arrived and leaves were dry and brown. Customer service told me I had to take off the flowers leaves and let them bloom. I didn’t buy flowers to become a arranger, and expected decent flowers. Very disappointed”
