“Delivery thursday. original roses not available-so accepted alternative.Outstanding presentation,but disappointed in the roses content.The 5 t-roses ok-still look good.The 5 spray roses :- 1. did not open at all 2. two of them wilted within 2 days, the 3 others by sunday this resulted in "a to much greenery" look. For the price paid expect bouquet to last at least 5-days.”

“My flowers never arrived and have had no response from either yourselves or the courier company. So not only did my flowers not arrive but I have also lost money without any kind of response regards this. I will not be using you again.’”

“No issue with ordering or delivery as this was on time what I would say is the photograph of my bouquet made it look bigger than what it actually was. What would actually help is details about how many flowers you actually get as this would be something that could be checked and confirmed that you get what you've paid for.”

“For the price that I paid I feel the “large” bunch was just not enough. They were not presented but just wrapped up. I could of gone to Asda and got a much nicer, bigger bunch of flowers for the half the price but as I was out of the country at the time of my mums of birthday I decided to order her flowers. I won’t be using eflorist again.”

“Once again Eflorist came up trumps for me, and delivered 80th birthday flowers to a friend, at last minute, after I had problems trying to order as my phone was playing up. I have been using company for at least 4 years now, flowers are always beautiful, and there are the little extras you can add to make gift really special. Always delivered on time, and you can choose the size of your bouquet to suit your purse, although flower's are reasonably priced to start with. Customer service are ready and willing to help if you do have a problem I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you Eflorist really appreciated.”

“So pleased to have found Eflorist. I needed some flowers delivered asap on the same day as ordering, for a close relative who is very unwell. Having searched a number of different 'same day' florists online, none of them could actually do the Same Day. Eflorist took my order 10 mins before close and just over 3 hours later emailed to say the flowers had been delivered. On a weekend!!! I've not seen the bozquet but have been told by my relative they are beautiful. Brilliant service at a reasonable price. Good variety of choice and price range. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Eflorist. Greatly appreciated.”
