“Delivery agent left flowers up side alley with no attempt to contact recipient. After a day I asked recipient to look around, whereupon they discovered flowers and saw flowers being dumped on cctv. Nice surprise totally spoilt.”

“Found EFlorist after a search that sowed beautiful flowers at varied prices.Easy to order and arrived as requested. Lovely call from my 97 year old Auntie saying "so beautiful "...2days later a call" buds are opening gorgeous colours, so exciting "”

“I ordered a bouquet to sned to my husband's parents in France. All fine, or so it appeared. When it didn't arrive on the specified date I enquired as to the reason why. Only at this point was I informed that my chosen item wasn't available for overseas delivery. It was, at this point in time too late to send any flowers in time for Christmas. Such a shame as previous orders have always been of good quality & delivered on time, but because of this most recent experience, I won't be using Eflorist in the future. All that was needed was a little information on the website.”

“Bouquet was supposed to be white. As you can see from the pictures, flowers were very poor quality.....roses turned up half dead & over priced.”

“I recently ordered ( last minute) a bouquet for my daughter in the UK I live in Australia. Being ‘in the future’ as my granddaughter says…. I ordered the flowers online Thursday morning and they were delivered on the Friday morning. They were well packaged and my grand daughter enjoyed arranging them in the vase for her mum.They came in bud and looked amazing. A week on the Lillie’s have just come into full bloom and look lovely. Ordering and payment is easy. Well packed and swift delivery. They arrived on my daughter’s birthday … perfect timing. I have used flourish for several years and have been very impressed with the service and bouquets .”

“Excellent service. Reasonable price Delivered on time. Delivered to a relative do didn’t actually see the flowers but the relative was pleased with them. Had to recourse to contact the company.”

“The bouquet I ordered arrived at the correct address but the box was broken, the arrangement was all messed up and the chocolates were missing. I live in New Zealand and although I was given a refund, the monetary rate had gone down so I lost on that and I also had to pay for offshore service margins. I usually use EFlorist and have never had a problem before but this time Amazon was used for delivery and it was most unsatisfactory.”
