I was a little upset when my mum got her flowers they were very dry I’m hoping they will pick up! She was happy I sent her the flowers but upset as they are drooping!

Delivered on time price ok but freebies missing No card included so friend had to text everyone to see who sent the flowers NO free chocolates included

Hardly any flowers for the money. Not worth what I spent. Very disappointed for the person I bought them for. Box was left on the doorstep, in the heat, driver did not ring bell. Found by accident.

Ordered flowers for my Mam because I hadn’t seen her for 2 months because of lockdown and was really disappointed with flowers on delivery. First impression was not good, tiny bunch of flowers in a huge box, very dry and Roses droopy, however after 24 hours they did perk up and look slightly better but I think it’s a total rip off at £25.98 and it’s important for flowers to look beautiful on delivery and give that wow factor not a disappointment. Wouldn’t use again

Service was good but the quality of the flowers I was not impressed with. Bouquet was just like buying a bunch of flowers from a supermarket and could get for half the price. Very dissatisfied.

My original delivery date was 23rd May but the delivery was 26th at 7oclock at night! I would welcome your comments about this. I appreciate that the flowers are in bud but I can't see them being as full as the bouquet you illustrate.

Was disappointed i thought flowers were delivered in arrangement shown on the picture on the website, order the larger size only to find the only filled my small vase.

Your website mentioned a next day delivery; however, when I placed my order on 23/5/2020 I’ve noticed that the delivery is on 26/5/2020 and I couldn't specify the delivery time as well. All of the above should have been clearly mentioned prior to placing the order and not after having the payment processed.

My message was missing, we looked everywhere and there was nothing. A few of the roses were dead and drooping so had to bin them leaving me with less than what i ordered. Disappointed to say the least as this was my first order and for a special anniversary.

Very poor quality, very poor quantity, paid £25, got at most a £7 bunch of flowers. The box of chocolates were a joke, four chocolates you can buy for £1. Awful, one to avoid.

Hi I received my order today, on time, roses were quite droopy but I hope they pick up following the care advise. Bouquet was supposed to be medium but I think it was small. This was for a 60th birthday. I could have bought same at the supermarket for half the cost, but thanks to corona virus I couldn’t get out so took a chance. Quite disappointed.

The flowers I ordered came with a couple dead and seemed to be missing a few I upgraded to medium size not sure what the small would be like. The ones we saved look good tho. For a £37 order wasnt worth it I'm afraid. The ones that our left look lovely tho.

Easy and speedy ordering and delivery, but not all the flowers made the journey, with some broken and a couple beyond revival. Still, 14 out of the 18 roses survived and are perking up nicely now. Also there were supposed to be chocolates included but there were none in the box.Was an anniversary present for my wife and she seemed happy overall, but not sure if she was trying to make me feel better. Not sure whether I will be ordering again!
