Ordered roses for my Mum’s birthday - was expecting them to be in bud as described on the website and in the instructions included with the flowers but they were all fully out in bloom - so will see how long they last. The order included a free box of chocolates which were not sent. Arrived on the correct day but not within the time slot advised by Yodel. Quite underwhelmed for the cost - think I could have done better buying from the supermarket. ☹️

The flowers were beautiful! But... so much went wrong before my friend got her birthday present! I ordered in time, but she got her flowers two days later, by picking up herself. So the flowers have been a little bit too long in the box.. And there were no chocolates as promised.. :( so delivery was definitely not good. Very disappointing, especially because I thought this was the best way to send her a gift all the way from Holland!

I'm truly devastated I emailed 2 or 3 times. About my daughter getting a mini bottle of Gin. Not a bottle of red wine. As she hates red wine. I dont even no how red wine came up on my order. As soon as I seen it. I emailed yous. I even clicked on changed my order. Are my item. Then I received an email this morning saying I hope stacey enjoys her box of gifts. So I replied straight back. Asking them to please put in a mini bottle of Gin. As I needed to get this order right. As this gift was to say sorry. Then yous go and make it worse by sending her red wine. None she thinks i dont no what she drinks. When shes my daughter. How has this helped me with my apology. I might aswel of not put any drink in and made the flowers big. With the money I wasted on 😪😪😪💔💔💔. This has truly upset me . Kind regards Julie x

I ordered a rose medley for my wife. Quite disappointed they were wilted when they got here. I thought some fresh water and food might do then good but they didn't even open up. Probably wouldn't return.

Received wrong flowers . Ordered 12 pink and cream roses, however received 12 of the rose medley???? Which were £14.99 for 16 ???

I bought some flowers for. A. Special occasion the care instructions were followed and after 5 days the heads had dropped off the flowers I have emailed customer service last Friday and have still not had a reply from them

Flowers were delivered on time, and well packagedthe flowers ordered were for my Mum to mark the 7 year anniversary for my Gran. Mum opened package and described flowers as very limp and sad looking which is a real shame, hoping with some TLC from Mum that she can bring flowers back to life.. Disappointed in quality of flowers.

Online ordering easy and straightforward.. However when flowers arrived the looked droopy and past there best...as if kept too warm... Also I ordered the large bouquet but looked the same size if not smaller than the medium bouquet pictured on the website.. Very disappointed ..

There wasn’t much gypsofelia with the peonies but that didn’t bother me so much. The flowers lasted only 5 days before all the petals dropped off (refreshed water and trimmed stems every other day). One peony didn’t even open, just went brown / rotted. From receiving the Wednesday they had to be binned Monday as they fell apart

The online part of the the service and communication has been btilliant. However the flowers arrived at 19.00 hrs in very poor condition, as if they had spent many hours in a very hot environment. The bud heads of the alstromeria were nearly dropping off and the Rose's had lost many petals already. This was very disappointing as they were for an isolated 86 year olds Birthday. I happened to there in the garden to witness the flowers arrival and I was embarrassed at their condition. I hope that my experience is an unfortunate experience. Unfortunately I did not think to take a photo

Flowers arrived damaged. Box was battered and opened, stuck back together with tap. Flowers were squashed.

I received an email confirming my purchase for one bunch of flowers I ordered but not for a second bunch. I contacted customer services twice to check whether you’d received my second order. They replied on both occasions but did not answer the question I asked, namely ‘Have you received my order?’ Also it’s impossible to leave a star rating for customer services in this feedback.

Flowers were in poor condition. Roses broken. The other buds came through later once in water as advised but not impressed with overall quality.

The box was left on the door step no one knocked ,it was our anniversary girt to my wife .when she opened the box some off the roses were half dead so my wife was very disappointed .so I will not be ordering from you again MR A J ADKINS

According to yodel the flowers were not delivered because they could not gain access to the property where they were to be delivered so in this instance what happens next it was a nursing home where staff are always on hand at the door to let visitors in have you any ideas ???

As both parents are elderly and in isolation, I wanted to send lilac and mauve tulips, their wedding colours. Unfortunately you sent roses and lillies (I associate lillies with death) so not quite what I had in mind.

The flowers were delivered on the correct day . However, no card included with the flowers . The flowers were sent as a token of sympathy after a close bereavement and the card with a message was missing. The people who received the flowers had no idea who sent them. I had to call their daughter to see if they had received the flowers. Fortunately, she was able to put a name to the flowers which had arrived 4 days previously.
