“Unfortunately you have failed to deliver my order that was arranged on Tuesday 28th September I spent a total of £33.98, please can you arrange for my money to be returned. “Flowers we fine, they were for my partner as it was our anniversary, they were ordered well in advance and I picked the date to arrive on the day of the anniversary, they arrived 2 days late, when I emailed to find out where they were, I didn’t get a reply, also the box of chocolates weren’t in the box. I won’t be ordering from here again”

“Didn’t expect a courier company to deliver … a courier doesn’t care and the flowers didn’t get handed to the person they were intended for - if this is progress and the future then I am sad, bring back a proper florist buy local and support local businesses”
