“Flowers arrived on time but without the gift. Please ensure that gifts are checked and notify customer if there is a problem. It is very disappointing for the recipient and embarrassing for the sender, your customer, if they are missing.”

“terrible flowers. I definitely do not advise. On the website there is a beautiful expensive bouquet, they bring a cheap broom. It does not match the picture at all”

“The worst flowers I have ever had hardly any flowers in bunch and what arrived were in poor condition with petals falling off certainly not as shown in picture have twice emailed requesting full refund funny no reply to either email”
