“I ordered a bouquet that was not delivered on time and was lost. But the customer service was top notch, and they delivered an other bouquet the next day. Not nice something went wrong but it can happen it’s how you deal with it and they did brilliantly Thank you so much”

“Absolute shocker!! First the order was duplicated and I got charged twice. Then customer support wouldn't change the order, as advertised on their site, when immediately notified. Then they refused to issue a refund for their error. And finally, their courier ignored their own delivery instructions, left in a safe space and cannot provide proof of delivery. I'm left very disappointed and angry by the while experience.”

“The flowers were delivered very late on the day chosen. Amazon did not knock/ring the bell and so the recipient didn't know flowers had been sent to them at all on their special day. I will not be using Eflorist again.”
