“So lets start from the positives :Quick delivery: order made on thursday - delivered next day. Thats all. Negatives: flowers are delivered by Yodel which means they are treated as normal parcel. I ordered flowers for my wife on our wedding anniversary. Flowers got dumped on a doorstep by a delivery guy. The little card with a message on was ripped, looking absolutely rubbish. Flowers were not fresh at all with green leaves turning brown. Maybe its just a bad luck on this occasion. I ll reconsider using someone else when ordering next time.”

“I ordered my mom some flowers for what would have been her 1st wedding anniversary after my dad passed away the flowers were luvly chocs a nice touch....But I added a message to be written and no card came with the flowers that was very disappointing”

“It’s now 2 days after requested delivery and courier not able to track an expected delivery date. 2 days ago tracking said it would be delivered on that day. Now missed recipients birthday.🙁”

“The flowers I ordered, with free chocolates, were lovely but there were no white freesias, only yellow roses. The ‘free’ chocolates were advertised as being Lindors but chocolate chicks were sent instead! Odd time of year for chicks, so a tad disappointed as they were a gift.”
