The website was easy to use. My flowers were delivered as promised the following day. The recipient was very pleased and said they were beautiful. The price was also very reasonable.

Placed order on Thursday 7.30am delivery confirmed for Friday did not arrive contacted customer service was told that I was one of the 30% that fail for next day and I should have payed extra delivery but would be hera next working day , birthday on Monday so ok Saturday not delivered communications non existent over the weekend Monday came and went no delivery had to drive to Tesco got a lovely bunch for less than I paid for you, contacted customer service offered to send a replacement and a sorry note I requested a refund and a replacement was told they don't do that so in way of compansation for letting me down was to send what I had paid for or refund me for what I didn't get,and this was my first time using them . support your local florist they value your custom.

I ordered flowers for my sister a week before her birthday, asking for them to be delivered on her birthday, she didn't receive them until 2 days after her birthday so i feel very let down, all the communication said they would arrive on the day but they didn't. There was so much notice to get it right so I'm not impressed!

Fabulous company. Flowers were beautiful and customer services was brilliant. My first package was not delivered & they sorted it out and sent out new flowers no problem.

Large Bouquet smaller than anticipated. Would hate to se a small bunch. Flowers not bud ready but some well into bloom and looking poorly. Lilies small and some stems broken. No email notice of arrival from evri, either for original or replacement (yes I checked the spam folder). All in all, the only happy event was eflorist agreeing a replacement bunch since they accepted the first bunch was sub standard.

I ordered flowers to present to my wife on Sunday. I ordered them the day before because the website said they could be delivered then and I was relying on them arriving. My text messages from EFlourist told me they would be delivered on Sunday however they did not arrive. I sent a message asking for a refund Sunday night but no one got back to me. The flowers then arrived the following day on Monday. No one was in and the flowers were left on the doorstep in public view

Ordered a bouquet of Alstroemeria for my daughter in law's birthday.They arrived safely.A week later they still look lovely.She was very pleased. I will order again for the next occasion

I am very satisfy of your services. My daughter reveived her flowers exactly on time for her birthday. The bouquet was exactly like the picture and the price was good. The only negative point is She did’nt receive the chocolate who was included with the flowers. Thank you for your service. Gina St-Laurent

To say the bouquet was a bit sparse, is an understatement, nothing like what was in their advertising. I won’t be using them again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
