“My sister and I sent these flowers to our nephew and his wife for entertaining us at Christmas. We have not seen them, but our nephew has been in touch with us and were delighted with the service and the flowers.”

“It is impossible to get in touch with the company to complain. I ordered Christmas bouquet on 22 of December for my niece to be delivered in Norwich. It said on website free chocolates comes with my order and I ordered a candle ,I paid 4.99.To my big disappointment was delivered just a bouquet! I would like to get my 4.99£ back”

“Ordering was so easy , the price of the flowers was reasonable , lots of boquets to choose from . Tracking was really good , delivery was on time . I always use Eflorist .”

“First time ordering using Eflorist. Decided to order flowers for my sister . Googled florists near her and this was the first one that came up . Easy site to use . Reasonably priced and my sister was over the moon with her chocolates aswell . Was all delivered the next day , very quick delivery giving that it was during the Christmas period . Would most likely use again ! 😃”

“Flowers to be delivered 3 days after I ordered for Xmas. Nothing arrived and had to phone customer service, who told me they would be delivered, but nothing happened, so had to phone again and they stated the flowers and chocs were no longer available and would be prepared to give refund, which they did. This meant I was very dissapointed that my friend did not get the surprise flowers. I feel I cannot use this Company again.”

“I ordered 3 bouquets: one was sent to the wrong address and was more than half dead by the time it was received; one was found upside down by the dustbin; and the third seemed to arrive safely. I am disgusted by your service and suggest that a considerable refund would be in order. I now read, in your reviews,that I am not the only customer to have been treated this way. I feel very badly let down J McGilvray”
