I have been sending flowers from EFlorist for years and all my recipients have been delighted with them. Having asked some recipients if they were just being kind, they assured me that they were genuinely delighted. My only complaint is that I have never been able to use the code for a discount! It is always rejected as either out of date or already used . This I don't understand .

I’ve never used Eflorist before but the person who received them as a surprise thank you from me said the flowers were beautiful. At first she thought someone was playing a joke on her as the flowers were “asleep” she thought they were dead!! Now they have blossomed to life they are stunning 👏👏

I found Eflorist when I was stuck in hospital and wanted to thank friends for all their help. I compared prices with supermarkets and interflora and Eflorist was cheeper and offered free chocolates. So fingers crossed I decided to give them a try. Wow! my friends were thrilled. The flowers arrived fresh and looking wonderful the next day, the arrangements were a good size and they loved the chocolates. For me it was great getting the text about the delivery from my hospital bed and knowing it was all going smoothly. I have used them since, with the same fantastic results and am now planning who will get flowers for Christmas.

It was dissecting with everything. Other flowers I have ordered were beautiful, these took from 1058 -1745 to deliver from hillingdon to Colnbrook , they were needed a drink straight away one rose was dropping and they were for for my mother's 85th birthday a nd my mother's thank you as she did so much for me I will never ever be ordering from you chocolates so small I thought they were supposed to be normal size. It was so easy to order but then was bitterly disappointed when delivery was not made on my sisters birthday and in fact never turned up,, so I asked to be refunded which I have to say was done immediately. However that did not make up for not receiving a birthday gift

We have had flowers from members of the family from you before and we have also used you ourselves before and you didn't fail this time either. The flowers were delivered when they were supposed to be and were just as the picture and they are still as pretty as a picture still a week later .

Flowers arrived very late dispate i paid extra for special delivery not the flowers i was expecting they looked they were bought is tescos and put together couple of bunches, very small roses did not look fresh at all i would never buy from this web again very dissapointing

Flowers and chocolates woukd have been excellent apart from the fact that they were in transit in a van for over 8 hours on the day of delivery. Therefore arrived wilted. However the flowers did pick up overnight in water.

I placed 2 orders and this was the first. Arrived late evening, and from photo looked ok , I should have paid the extra for arrangement but it was for a little girl, she liked it! Amazon delivery which if I’d known I wouldn’t have ordered. , not their fault but they take a beating although usually well boxed. .

I forgot to add a note to the recipient and when I contacted eflorist they were unable to add this. I was disappointed with that.

First order sent to a patient in hospital was over 18 hours in transit tracked delivered using yodel parcel delivery van needless to say tracked as delivered to a safe place somewhere in the large hospital but not to either ward or reception so lost. Complained to eflorist who organised replacement.their website states they use local florist nearest delivery address in this case a Leeds hospital and this one was sent tracked from Milton Keynes 149 miles away and was over 14 hours in transit and delivered using amazon! It arrived to the correct destination but the large bouquet looks nothing like the website picture( I was sent a photo by my friends daughter as I live far away) and it looks more like something off a cheap garage forecourt 3/4 cheap looking yellow flowers with 2 or3 other coloured wilted flowers and nothing like the "summer hedgerow" large bouquet I ordered Recipient didn't obviously see website flowers but I am angry and embarrassed with the bouquet delivered as flowers look cheap and they were not cheap and I would never have chosen these myself far less gifted them to anyone especially in what looks like a half dead state Avoid at all costs !

The flowers were very pleasing. I was contacted by phone as the delivery address was causing a problem but that was sorted out. The delivery driver tried delivering in the morning but went back again in the afternoon to successfully deliver the flowers.
