“My flowers were never delivered to my cousin in hospital. I have tried to chat with you but no response. So disappointed.”

“Flowers were for my aunty and were very much appreciated, they were crisp, fresh and colourful delivered as promised.The delivery driver went above and beyond to ensure they were received despite no answer at the destination, he telephoned me and we agreed to meet at a certain point for me to collect which meant he did not have to return them to his depot which would have been closed for 3 days. Great initiative and a a very happy customer and recipient”

“Flowers were lovely according to recipient and arrived on time. The ordering on line was a nightmare. It took two hours for order to go through because it would not let me pay and deleted my info each time. Live chat was useless and just kept telling me that Alstromeiria were ideal instead of answering my queries! ! A pity”

“Very happy with service I’ve ordered from the company a few times and had one mishap where the delivery company had delivered to wrong address and I got the flowers replaced and delivered the next day very good service”

“Ordered flowers for a family member who has nursed her husband for 3 years with motor neurone who sadly passed away to be told she has dementia she is the most loviest person for this to happen to x the company were very efficient price was very good and delivery was perfect delivery person was kind and made my aunt very very happy would certainly use again”

“Exact delivery date/time, beautiful and excellent quality flowers, constant updates on delivery progress and given to the recipient rather than left on the doorstep! Definitely my ‘go to’ for sending flowers etc at a distance and overseas!! Superb!”

“Flowers were delivered to my sister on day requested. However, the bouquet looked nothing like the image online. It consisted of yellow chrysanthemums opened and closed and 2 pink roses. Disappointed doesn't begin to cover how I feel. I won't use EFlorist again. Apologies for quality of received flowers”
