Impressed with prompt delivery very disappointed that the £30 Flowers resembled a supermarket bunch. Won’t use again

I had ordered pink and cream roses which comprised cream, mauve and delicate pink! My sister received roses that were red and white? What a disappointment. The reason I chose that bouquet was because of the colours - my sister’s favourite. What a waste of money.

I ordered pink and cream roses and I was disappointed to see they were actually red and white. Nothing like the picture on the website. Service, delivery etc excellent. Just wrong colour roses.

I spent alot of money on these..on arrival they were just in a box with no water and had been in transit for a long time. So the roses had dropped and didnt look very good. Very dissapointed 😕

Bought the 50 red roses for my wife on our anniversary arrived in a dehydrated state and wilting. Not happy and certainly not worth anywhere near the money paid.

Disappointed just saw them in window and thought surely they not those. 9 roses and freesia yes they were in bud but 2 roses were drooping. Very expensive for few flowers. Couldn’t order from a shop due to present situation. Sorry to have to say. Just expected more.

Two discounts were offered but the codes did not arrive until after I had completed the order, Disappointing, Delivery not on the day promised but I did have a phone call to explain why.

Unfortunately after following the instructions to the letter only 2 of the 5 peonies opened and 1 fell within a couple of days. Disappointing wouldn't bother again.

These where ordered for a friend that is going through a stressful time but the flowers were limp and floppy when arrived and still havent changed

I have to say that upon seeing the bouquet that was delivered to my parents for their Anniversary I was disappointed, shocked and annoyed if I’m honest. It wasn’t that the flowers were bad it was that I felt totally ripped off as I ordered the large out of three sizes of bouquet choices. Put it this way the small must be near invisible and for more than £40 I expected a WOW and I could of purchased the exact same size and quality at a supermarket for half the price and that isn’t taking Into account the delivery cost. The flowers were delivered on the correct day but I won’t be recommending. I won’t be reordering out of choice from here again either I’m afraid😏

Sad to say that flowers delivered late in the day and looked in a sorry state. Hopefully they will revive. The free chocolates had melted and all moulded into one. Maybe should consider a different delivery option.

Sorry, but rather disappointed. Delivery arrived at 3.30pm day nearly over. Two chocolates in a box and chould have purchased same bunch in Tesco for £6.00. So unfortunately not impressed.

Flowers and chocolates were nice however there was no gift card so they didn’t even know who it’s from! And my thoughtful message wasn’t seen!
