“Received my birthday flowers in bud and as they said they opened up within 24hrs. These flowers are absolutely beautiful I love them thank you eflorist.”

“Good service always delivers flowers on time and only ever had one issue were I ordered 50 roses and they sent a normal set of flowers but when I reached out by email they sent the ones I bought so other then that it has been perfect”

“5 stars for bad service Do not use this company as there customer service is shockingly bad I asked within 1hr of my order to change the delivery address and said they couldn't do this so asked for a refund and said they couldn't do this either. They dont make it easy either to raise a complaint ticket you have to jump through hoops to reach out to them also My advise would be to use a different service than eflorist as a service”
