Ordered a sheet of foam last Thursday and I have still not received it, it was due for delivery on Monday, with Yodel, the driver took a picture of the front of the property apparently, yet didn’t leave the parcel. I tried to do an on line chat with Yodel, no one came in the chat and it was shut down, called efoam who said they would get it delivered Wednesday, it’s now Thursday and no delivery, terrible service

Fast Shipping My Ar** Placed my order with these as they say fast delivery, paid for my order 10.20am expecting it to ship out at least the next day, it did not, no email nothing. So I message them and they reply with it has been posted and the courier has it plus Tracking, the tracking is with Yodel and states we are expecting it, item with the sender, so all they have done is created a postage label. And to top it the tracking says expected Monday the 11th, I ordered the 6th, nothing fast about that. I could of got the foam cheaper but the other supplier was offering 3 day delivery, so I still would of been better off using them. There site gives a false impression of quick delivery and customer service tell lies to cover it up. It is now the week end and they are closed until Monday so my foam is not going to ship until Monday, then take 3-5 day with Yodel. So I will be looking at 8 days for soonest delivery.

Fantastic product very good communication. Been very prompt with product. Very reasonable price. Very pleased aware of the depth and unique but have the same on my small sofa there Tetrad sofas are quite low so thats why got the deeper foam it dose soften over time. Got to make covers but really pleased. Fab. Really pleased would recommend this company to people.

purchased what was supposed to be firm reflex foam but what i received was a soft foam not fit for purpose having problem returning it for refund dont use this firm

Dear Jackie, We are sorry to hear that you did not find the foam as firm as you had hoped for. As discussed, the Reflex Superior Firm foam is more of a springier feel than the normal High Firm foam. However, our records indicate the correct order was supplied exactly as per your bespoke custom order and as such this cannot be repurposed in anyway. Kindest regards eFoam

The product I ordered developed a fault, when the issue was raised, customer service simply stopped replying to my emails. On the website they state that this product was long-lasting, I expected that it would last beyond two months ... I would recommend taking your custom elsewhere.

Purchased some foam and it arrived damaged, was sent an email saying the courier probably did it and they will make enquiries. Nothing after a week, they fold the form in the the smallest size they can and put it in a plastic courier bag so that’s why it’s damaged. Poor service.

The customer service lady I called wasn't helpful, almost rude. The measurements guide is not clear for the rectangle shape cushion eg which is the width and which is the length. She said it didn't matter but it certainly does! Up until calling this company, I thought they looked good company. But she definitely put me off making a purchase.

The smell! I have had foam before, never a smell like this. I cannot sleep on it, it taints all the blankets and throws, i see others here saying after three weeks theres still a strong smell . The whole if downstairs smells now of this foam. V unhappy

Packaging was non existent except for a plastic bag so the foam was already dirty and torn when it arrived. I needed the foam for a project this weekend so I thought I'd just have to live with it as was going to be covered. Then I discovered the foam had been cut to the wrong size. After several emails and then several photos they said I could send it back. They wouldn't send out a replacement. I would have to order and pay again. Since this was a Friday they couldn't be bothered to cut me a new piece until the following Monday which meant I now didn't have the foam for the weekend.

We responded immediately after one image showing the incorrect size, to rectify this. We have offered to uplift the incorrect item and replace or refund this for you. We sincerely apologize that we are not able to process a replacement piece the same day for you but will of course resolve this for you as soon as possible, in line with our returns policy. If l could give half a star feed-back l would. The foam purchased was fine, however l am a very unhappy customer. After leaving messages on the website and unanswered phone calls, without getting any response from efoam, I decided to visit efoam to look around their retail shop they mention on their website, however after a long journey l was informed by the two reception ladies that they don't have a retail shop, (1st disappointment). I purchased two pieces of foam £193.73 (5% online/shop discount price was applied) l was told l couldn't take the foam with me which was (2nd disappointment). When l asked if l could take the free memory foam pillow (advertised on their website) with me l was told that was a website offer only, again this wasn't made clear on the website ! (3rd disappointment), so l traveled for over an hour each way to visit retail shop that didn't exist and a memory foam pillow you can only get online.. It just doesn't make sense efoam. i could have sat in my car outside their premises ordered on line got discount & a memory foam pillow, how ridiculous..l really hope that your director MF Bashir will sort out the issues l have highlighted. Until then l will not being using efoam(Simply form) again or recommending them to anybody again, which is a a pity.

Very disappointed. Ordered a small piece of cut foam for a desk in our school which apparently could not be supplied in once piece, we had placed an order on the website where it states it can be cut in far bigger sizes. We agreed that the width could be less but there was no mention of the length. When the item arrived the length was also shorter! I suspect we received an off cut that they wanted to use up. Communication and customer service were not good and no replacement offered. Not resolved to our satisfaction and will not be recommending or using eFoam again.

A zero star is good for this company , they deal with a rubbish company called DPD for delivery which never ring the bell or knock the door I have seen them sneaking through windows wither put a card and escape or hand it nothing and then you have to run after them as everything is initially arranged and the driver has already left the item somewhere and they not bothered to hand it as its heavy , don't get invoved

I ordered a replacement cushion for my armchair and I went on the recommendations specifically for that use, I was advised to order “firm” it’s absolutely shocking hard as iron, it’s like sitting on a hardback chair impossible to use. When I called to tell them I got a customer service agent that wasn’t very helpful at all,no customer relations I must say, she just told me well that’s what you’ve ordered and there’s nothing we can do this cost me nearly £50 for nothing, I would not recommend to anybody to order from this company

Parcel lost by delivery company. I was not given the tracking information until my third phone call. Was told I’d have to wait until the delivery company completed a full search of their warehouse. When asked to send out a fresh order they refused. I was told I wasn’t able to speak with the manager who refused this.

We purchased two pieces of foam for bed mattresses for our motorhome to replace the soft mattresses we already had. As we had decided to try to re-use the mattress covers that we had that were 8cm, we opted for the reflex superior FIRM foam with a softer memory foam topping that came out at 7.62cm. It said on their website this could be applied to all foam over 2" thick. When the foam arrived, to say we were disappointed was an understatement! not only was the foam actually softer than the original foam we already had but you could actually compress it to almost nothing between two fingers. This was certainly not firm! My wife made initial contact by telephone to discuss the issue but was told that they don't do anything over the phone and she must email any issue that we have. After emailing them, Debbie "L" (she would not give her surname) their customer service and sales representative called me to discuss the situation. Debbie told me that they had not sent the wrong foam and that when you order foam at around 2" the reflex superior "will be very soft". I said I didn't understand how the foam "density" would change just because it is smaller thickness but if this does seem to somehow be the case then it would be helpful for there to be a note applied when ordering this product as it clearly states it to be "FIRM"! I very kindly asked her to call my wife as she was the one who had made the order and was dealing with it. Debbie did not call my wife and so she had to send her an email to discuss where we were to go from here. Debbie's response was simply that they do not take them back, they had delivered what we ordered and that was that! I understand that the mattresses were a bespoke size but was hoping that there was a solution that could resolve the situation as there is clearly a problem with the way this product is being described and so decided to call up to speak to Debbie L again to see if there was anything else that could be done so that we hadn't literally wasted £200 on a product that was worse than what we already had. When I spoke to Debbie this afternoon, she was very quick to say that there was nothing else they could do and that the density of the foam is reduced when the thickness is smaller. This is not how density works! Surely a firm foam is a firm foam irrespective of thickness! There unhelpfulness in trying to offer anything of a solution, even a reduced price for a replacement as well as the general attitude of Debbie has left me feeling incredibly disgusted and also reminded me once again the problems with buying things from companies where you are not able to see the product you are spending your money on and the product is not as described! Even down to the free "Memory foam" pillow apparently worth £30! that we were supposed to receive as advertised on their website, for spending over £150. when it arrived it was a very cheap non memory foam very lumpy pillow, although Debbie tried to convince me that it was!
