“Dont buy from them They charged me and then sent email that something is wrong with my order and that i should contact my bank. Since the payment was done via IDEAL my bank cannot do anything. So i dont have headphones neither i my money. This site should be banned they are fake and should not be trusted. Can somebody close them ???”

“this is not a safe site.. I have ordered a product, and I paid it almost a month back. I am still waiting for a product. There is no response from eglobal. at first, I got a tracking number, which never showed me any updates. you can never reach eglobal customer service via email, or phone. This is a TOTAL FRAUD: don't get trapped.”

“I bought an audio headphone on that website. Customer service is a fraud. They charge 40 euros to return your purchase if it's not covered by the guarantee. It's almost a scam. Don't buy anything valuable on that website!”

“Do not buy from eGlobal! - Do not buy from this company. To cut a long story short, I ordered two lenses 3 months ago and I still have no lenses & no refund. They don't answer my emails and my credit card company would not pay as it is more than 120 days since I ordered these lenses. Make sure you contact your credit card company as soon as possible and do not wait for Eqlobal to refund you.”

“I was cheated the package never was delivered… I was cheated the package was delivered to the trash bin, eGlobal don't want to take responsibility, don't want to refund my money and no answer for my massages. On the DPD docket is sign "Green Bin" not my name what it's Lukasz Wegrzyn. When I come back home green bin was empty because he was picked up by a recycling company. Avoids any shopping on eGlobal if parcel will be missing you will stay with nothing and PayPal will not accept your claim.”

“Bought by mistake microsoft Surface Go Cover Type (i meant to buy “pro”). I asked for return, which they accepted. I paid for shipping, and then they didn’t refund me, arguing that it was unsealed (5cm transparent plastic tape misplaced) even though the product was untouched. It’s a fraud.”

“Eglobal central è pessima!!! Ripeto Pessima!!! Ordinato uno Xiami 9 lite il 04 dicembre 2019 e mai arrivato. Provi a contattarli e ti rispondono in modo evasivo e dopo un pò non ti rispondono neanche più. Io ho perso i miei soldi ma sicuramente loro hanno perso un cliente e spero che con questa recensione ne perdano molti altri. E' una vergogna che esistano siti che truffano le persone. MAI PIù CON E-GLOBAL”

“I ordered an Ipad two years ago for a Christmas present, it never arrived and they refused to refund me, instead giving me 10 pounds back, so overall I lose £360. Never use these guys as if it goes wrote they will just ignore you and make every attempt to keep your money.”

“Do not order from them! I ordered a phone and there was no indication from their website that it wasn't in stock. They spent weeks getting it in stock. Every time I emailed them it was only 3 days away. Eventually I gave up and asked for a refund. They ignored this and sent the phone out 3 days later. Finally the phone arrived 31 days after I ordered it. I then lost £15.80 returning it to Hong Kong. It has to be back in 10 days! That's less time then it took them to send it to me in the first place. And they refuse to pay for postage even though I asked to cancel the order even before they sent the package.”

“Dreadful company to try and do business with. They offer good prices but after that everything goes downhill with the speed of light. In my case I got a status which showed that it had been shipped but after a month with no further progress I checked with shipping agent UK address - they had no knowledge of package, They gave me a bland non informative response to one email but ignored three more. At this point I raised the issue with PayPal who wrote to eGlobal Central. Today I have received all my money back from eGlobal Central via PayPal. I suspect they never had any stock of the item ordered at that price. Do not trust them - probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with”

“Awful communication,basic lies reference item being processed when in fact item wasn't in stock,got refund for first order,now my second order ( paid for 10 days ago says dispatched, tracking number not valid,I recommend no one using eglobal,I never will again,and will advise all I know to avoid eglobal”
