“The customer care agent (Simon) was very helpful with my query regarding my telephone. However, since moving over to Eir television we are disappointed with the programme s on TV. Most of them are repeats and shown many times before. There is no HD and I cannot record two stations at once. Big disappointment all round.”
“I had a very poor internet coverage , Eir then reduced the coverage and twisted my arm to go for fibre broadband which I agreed to try out. The coverage is better but not what EIR said it would be .
