Customer service lied to me caouldnt or wouldnt resolve my problems. I have had to wait over 4 months for a connection mean while vodaphone got the job done in 3 weeks.”
“I agreed to become a new customer back in late sept. but it emerged a pole needed to be replaced which was to be done in mid Oct. This did not happen and when I made contact I was told it would be late Dec. Still no pole and no contact. I again made contact and was told it could be late Feb. 2017 before pole would be replaced. I cancelled order yesterday. If I had been updated and told that dates would not be met and had been kept informed it would be the least one would expect. Appalling service.”
