I wouldn't say it made me happy. It actually annoys the fuck out of me at times. I've often gone to bed to watch a programme only to have it freeze on me, not once but about four or five times in an hour. Totally ruins it for me.

Very little instructions are given when the tv system is installed. I'm an old man and it takes a little while longer to get the hang of things. A couple of seconds and the instructions are over, and the guy is gone!!!!!!

when broadband was eventually restored it was much better, no breakdown or interruptions when watching matches etc, hopefully my account will be fully sorted by the next bill

Nothing in particular was above average. Far too many emails, and online account setup is flaky.

Find the menu very difficult to use. You can't see enough it the actual timetable. Sky much easier to use.

I bought a movie over Christmas for 4:99 ,it said it would last a month but when we went in after 2wks it was gone.

Due to our longstanding customer loyalty, when we recently rang about our very poor broadband, your services department were very good in discounting our present service charges for a set period, with the promise of better broadband in the future. It has yet to improve, but the staff in the office and the maintenance crew were excellent.

Did not make me happy. Fiber broadband not as fast as was predicted, and dearer than was quoted to me by the salesperson.

Eir Fibre is good and installation by KN Networks was good. However, customer service from Eir was terrible. I was not advised that my DSL connection would be cancelled a week before Fibre was installed. Left with no connection for working from home, as I live 100km from work I came home from work with work to complete for a deadline the following morning to discover no connection. I had to get back into my car and drive 100km back to the offfice to finish the work and book a hotel overnight. No understanding from customer service team of the implications of not informing me that this would happen. Or that I was our of pocket for expenses

Installation was super easy, in fact not sure why it wasn't self install. Price was also good

Not saying iam happy but its better than 2years ago. The broadband is better (from 2mb in '15 to 12mb now) but EIR still advertise '100mb' available......

Very stable broadband, extremly good modem supplied when compared to those we have had from other suppliers. Never drops connection, never let's us down.
