I am very disappointed because the strength of signal is very poor. And the wi-fi intermitently going off. I hope you will hear from you.

Am waiting since mid November for my land line phone to be delivered ..have no landline service since then even though am paying for it..have contacted u twice to no avail. Gerry o donoghue

Mobile phone and land line good. Installation was prompt and efficient. Not a fan of the TV service and in particular the programme search is terrible and system seems very outdated.

Eir respond to telephone calls and most importantly I get to talk to a human and not a computer generated 'response'

i got a new modem as my old modem was out of date i now have better and faster connection which is great.

No dey didnt as in the eir shop n ballina was told about insuring phone and no email was sent to eir and after many phone calls to shop I got a direct numbr n rang myself

Great service fast set up however at night time during peak viewing hours TV freezes. We have main Eir HD plus box & 2 additional multi room boxes. This ruins our tv experience
