“The product was good however their customer service was poor. My company was charged tax, we asked for a refund for the tax as it is exempt and they refused. As a company we know it takes a little extra work to do, but we do it when needed. This company flat out refused. Seemingly inconvieninent for them to do so. They then said theyd note our account as to not charge tax in the future, went to order another set, their system tried to charge tax again. We cancelled the sale and went elsewhere. UPDATE: After this review, Jordan reached out and got to the bottom of the problem and refunded the tax. THANK YOU!”

“I had Raffi as my customer rep and he was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable.. Ended up not having the wheels I wanted but he got me a great deal on the model of wheels I liked 2nd best. Thank so much. I would definitely buy from you again.”

“Jordan, was very helpful. Great people to work with. Th eonly issue was with the tracking of the wheels, as the tracking number did not show tracking info until the wheels were 1-2 days out from delivery. But it worked out..”
