I live in Alaska, sometimes I get my stuff in 4 days, which is better then amazon sometimes. I've spent a bunch of money through this site and this is the first time I've ever had an issue and its because they are understaffed. I always reccomend you guys and always buy through you guys.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased have purchased 4 Nautilus AIO kits over the past year and only one works. I purchased my third AIO in November of 2019 and two week later it would not charge. Since I still had one that worked, I sent an email requesting a exchange and never heard from Element Vape. Like an idiot, I purchased another one three weeks ago and it will not charge. I have sent off another email to get a exchange or a refund but I do not have much hoe that this company will stand behind the product that they sold me.

Unwilling to provide assistance for DOA parts. Parts checked within 12 hours of delivery, but they aren't bothered. They shipped via the absolute cheapest method (plastic bag with label on it) and all included packages were dinged and dented. Stay far away from this company.

Excellent customer service and fast shipping. Inventory control is above average as far as tracking in-stock items. Any issues are dealt with rapidly and professionally, even in the midst of the latest vapocalypse scare. I'm trying very hard to give up cigarettes, and EV is reducing my stress to manageable levels.

They accidentally sent me the wrong product. Instead of giving me grief or making me send it back, they instead told me to keep it and they would send the correct order. I appreciate them and will do business with them again. 5 star excellent customer service!!!!! Thank you :) :) :)

The original quantity of delivered items was 1 item short of the quantity I ordered, but Element Vape sent me the item within two days, and stay in contact with me the whole. I will be continuing business with them. Fantastic customer service.

I love this site! Easy to get what I need, always user friendly so finding other stuffs is a breeze. I've never had an issue. Shipping is quick, have never gotten broken stuffs upon arrival. And when I do have questions, I've gotten clear reliable answers. Awesome Folks doing an awesome job!

Element vape made me the happiest person today because today is the day that I get to change my coil!!! It’s been far too long! I wasn’t aware that the vape shops were “non essential” and I was not stocked on coils or juice. I found out 5 days ago and quickly ordered online and got my shipment today. Thank you so much element vape!!

Element had accidentally shipped me the wrong coils in my latest order. When I notified them of the error they QUICKLY got me a return shipping label and immediately got everything corrected for me. The right coils are already shipped and on their way to me, and I am very impressed with EV's customer service. I will continue to do business with them.

I didn’t read that if an order is delivered to the wrong address or stolen they will not be held responsible. This is on me for not being aware of their policy but a policy that others should be aware off specifically if you are planning on making a larger purchase. My big issue is that the only response I received was “sorry you did not receive your order” So I’m now just eating the cost of my purchase and they don’t seem to care in the slightest

These guys are the best, yes sure you may have an issue here than there. But when is that not expected? No one is perfect, however they strive to provide excellent pricing as well as customer service and support. A lot of the times they have no control over it anyhow, you can't fault the company for defective devices sent to them. However, you can appreciate how quickly they go about rectifying your issues to the best of their abilities. In most,if not all instances they go above and beyond to please you. That's why they've had my continued business for over 4 years and will continue to have it moving forward.

I highly recommend Element Vape to any vaper new and old. Their customer support is second to none and delivery has always been quicker than estimated. This is one of the many reasons why I come back to EV and will do so for many years to come.

I did have an issue with my order I received today. Missing some items. Contacted customer service and they have processed my inquiry and shipping the missing items today. I've ordered several times from them, only had an issue twice. First time it was taken care of immediately and I received a missing item within a few days. Currently with the country in basically lockdown mode due to the Coronavirus I expect there may be issues, but I'm very happy with the speed this was resolved. One of the reason I use this company, and will continue to order from them.

Been vaping for almost 2 years now and a friend told me about these guys so like most people I tried them out. Well almost 2 years later I recommend them to people. Solid service and decent sales. Also no worries on clones. Thanks guys

I have ordered from element vape several times. They were fast and efficient. On a recent order I received the wrong coils. After sending them pictures of the order in question they took responsibility for the mistake and are sending the correct coils. I was so impressed that I ordered a new mod. Looking forward to having future business with them.

Element Vape is amazing. Another shop I order from was out of the coils I usually order and we were getting low so I took a chance and ordered from EV. I thought the order would take a while because of the nationwide quarantine but they shipped promptly and I got it quick. Unfortunately I was missing one item but they took care of it right away and shipped it out promptly too. It was an honest mistake but I really appreciate how they handled it and everything was so professional. Another vape shop I dealt with (Eight Vape) sent me 3 incorrect coil packages (the coils inside were not the same type as the package) and they told me it was not their problem and I needed to go to the manufacturer. They would not exchange or refund. Needless to say I was devastated and very disappointed. I lost $30 and there was nothing I could do about it because I had ordered other things on the order so I didn’t feel right about doing a chargeback. All this to say, when you find a supplier you can trust, it means everything. Thank you Element Vape!

I have ordered from Element Vape several times. Their prices are great and their shipping is quick. I did recently receive an incomplete order, but considering it's during this COVID craze, I can't really fault them. After contacting them about the problem, they were quick to resolve the issue. Thank you EV for your excellent products and service!!!

I have ordered from Element and they are amazing. We have had an issue but the fixed it right away and sent us the correct item. Great customer service!! They are the only company we order from.
