After sending them pictures of the order in question they took responsibility for the mistake and are sending the correct coils. I was so impressed that I ordered a new mod. “Element Vape is amazing. Another shop I order from was out of the coils I usually order and we were getting low so I took a chance and ordered from EV. I thought the order would take a while because of the nationwide quarantine but they shipped promptly and I got it quick. Unfortunately I was missing one item but they took care of it right away and shipped it out promptly too. It was an honest mistake but I really appreciate how they handled it and everything was so professional.
Another vape shop I dealt with (Eight Vape) sent me 3 incorrect coil packages (the coils inside were not the same type as the package) and they told me it was not their problem and I needed to go to the manufacturer. They would not exchange or refund. Needless to say I was devastated and very disappointed. I lost $30 and there was nothing I could do about it because I had ordered other things on the order so I didn’t feel right about doing a chargeback.

“Don't purchase any batteries from them! I had bad luck and received a dead 18650, no continuity so it wouldn't charge. Had to record a video of the dead battery not working, load it to dropbox, and send them a link. Only for them to say it's a non-warranty product and offer less than a 1/3rd of the price it would have been to order a replacement(in store credit). Will shop local only now, at least i'll get better customer service.”
