I placed my order and it was "ready to ship" on 11/19. Today is 12/5 and my package is still in "processing". I didn't pay for the extra protection because the stores I have purchased from in the past don't require it and I haven't had a problem until now.I have given up on the possibility that I will receive my product so it was money down the drain. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

The element vape return policy for defective items is unfair. I recently purchased an iJoy vape, which came extremely fast, but arrived DOA. I reached out to request an exchange and was told they will not exchange the item for me, only refund or store credit. It is unfair to force a customer to have to pay twice for shipping on an item that was defective. It should be on the business to make it right with the customer when they sell defective items. After a bit of arguing I was told they will give me a one time credit for $8 plus the refund for the defective item totalling $22 and that is all. That would still leave me at a loss since I paid $28. I should not have taken a loss on something that was THEIR FAULT. After I use my credit I will never purchase from them again and will continue to post negative reviews every chance I get.

Legit website. If people actually took the time to read the shipping disclaimer there would be almost 0 bad reviews about shipping. Ive been looking for a fat rabbit rta for over a year, these dudes had it! I risked the $40. Shipping disclaimer does warn you it take A WHILE to get any confirmation, after 3 days i got a confirmation email, about i week later i got my tank! If you are going to need something order it asap it will take about 2 weeks! I live in Philadelphia, Pa. Bottom line i got a tank NOWHERE carries anymore! Ordered 3 more so i dont have to look again! Website is legit shipping just isint easy as they are shipping vape products, and the epa has made it so hard vape businesses. I wont order from anywhere else! Hope this helps someone. Customer service never got back to me but just to trust the process

The company's Zendesk help is not helpful and do not attempt to understand the issue. They also take 48 hours or longer to respond. Their "bettertrucks" shipping is a complete disaster. The company claims that they have "attempted delivery" three times. This is not true. I have video camera that that proves that no attempt was ever made. After trying to contact the bettertrucks via phone, I was put on extensive holds only to be disconnected each time. Currently, the poducts are being shipped back to Elemental Vapes as it is their policy to send back after three attempts.

Very slow to respond to email. No tracking number. My order went from California to Missouri to Oklahoma to Fort worth tx then Arlington tx then Granpraire tx 2 hours the other side of me and havn't seen it yet. Never ordering from here again.

Not transparent with customers on shipping. They have this whole area on their website dedicated to one big lie as to why your shipping information will never be accurate and up to date. I suspect they are drop shipping. Garbage merchant.

Ordered and nothing received for over 2 weeks. It was not until i I reached out to customer service only to find out my package had been attempted to be delivered but needed a signature. I had to ask to receive my tracking information which again I received AFTER delivery had already been attempted. I ask for a refund and I still have to pay signature fees even though I didn’t receive my tracking information after the attempted delivery? If I would have had my tracking information, I would have made myself available to receive the delivery. Customer service is a joke.

paid .and only after i paid they said sorry we cant ship to you a refund will follow in 3 days . then 4 days later i have to now take my time to ask them where is my refund. they really suck

Using a trash shipping company called GLS I'm supposed to receive a 100+ dollar order and the shipping company is claiming it's being delivered for the past two days

This is the 2nd time shopping with them. Both with delivery problems. This time I pd extra for guaranteed delivery and got an email it was delivered and the I signed for it. I was at work and my dog, although very smart, can not write. No response no number to call. Avoid! Do not buy from them.

I received a defective vape that did not work at all. I contacted Element Vape immediately and they insisted that I send a video. Of what? Did they want a video of me holding a vape? I cannot video and the request no sense anyway. Next they said I could not return the item--fine, just send a replacement. Despite the fact that I have been a very good customer, they refused. This is abysmal customer service.

I've ordered several times with absolutely no problem. All orders were received within 5days with 2 of them during hurricanes Helene and Milton and with free shipping. Hopefully I will continue to receive this kind of service every time.

Only giving two stars because of the products they carry is good. Their customer service and shipping is horrible. They use Some cheap shipping service to get to your city and then comes from your post office. It bounces around a few times between carriers. Any tracking provided does not help you. I am on day 23 without my products and this is the second time this is happened. And of course she can’t talk to anyone because they only communicate through email. Hence the horrible customer service, especially since you won’t hear back for a few days from them through email. I’ve been told to wait over and over. The reason why I’m writing this review now is because a friend of mine ordered a week after me and she got it tonight. This company really needs to work on their shipping providers. if you don’t mind waiting a month or so go for it. If you want your product and a reasonable time go with someone else.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ANY PURCHASE to see exactly what kind of ruthless company you're looking to.buy from. I had 3 non-authorized charge's for numerous items. Once I received a email about the order, I sent multiple emails, to NOT SHIP any items for any order under my name. They sent e-mails saying sorry but they have already been shipped. However, I had the tracking number and the shipping carriers information. The order didn't even leave whatever location they are purchasing from, and additionally I spoke directly with the shipping carrier and explained the charges and told them to also NOT ship anything. It's going to be returned to sender. I am currently on home hospice on a feeding tube and in no place to deal with everything they could have easily stopped. I even explained this to them. This company has zero care for anyone and all about forcing sales by clearly any means necessary. So now I have to use energy I do not have and forward all the emails to my bank to dispute this charge, when they could have simply just stopped the order when I sent the first emails. They 100% lied right to me on various occasions. Crooks, and they should be shut down immediately! Who does this to someone that is in hospice and creates all this work for me, and TAKE'S my money that I need desperately for my continous medical bills!?!? What a disgrace.
