“I've been a customer of element for about a year now so I can say this review is honest on my experience so far. Their shipping is usually very fast, but a bit expensive. I'm sure this is due to the new regulations for vaping products though, but when you see the prices in comparison to a local shop you will be saving money if you buy most of your items needed in bulk etc...
Their products always arrive in good condition, they have a great selection of items and juices. But the best part is their customer service. It is definitely A1, I would make my comparison to Amazon's customer service as they are just as good. This company clearly cares about their customer base and isn't a typical greedy company.
Overall, if i'm not in a dire need due to my procrastination this where I purchase all of my vaping needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone, have already told all of my friends about this place. Thank you guys again for being an amazing and honest company!”

“Since discovering Element Vape ~8 months ago by a recommendation from my sister, they have become my one-stop-shop for all my vaping supplies.
They fulfill orders lightening fast. I live on the East Coast, and they are located on the West Coast, and still always get my orders within 2-3 business days of placing the order. If I place an order in the morning, I have a tracking number by the afternoon.
There prices on decent I won't say they are far below all competitors, but right on-par. The only product I really order is juice and coils, so I can't speak towards their hardware. From what I see doing lite browsing, they have some good deals. You can ALWAYS find a discount code for at least 15% off your order, so keep that in mind if checking prices.
Customer service is top-notch. I had a minor issue with a missing item from a large-ish order, and contacted them via their email support, and the issue was promptly resolved with no hassle, just the normal confirmations that would be expected.
Long story short, I highly recommend them. There is no shortage of the shady fly-by-night shops, but this is definitely not one of them.”
