“The photo on your site showed a framed flag. When I received it there was no frame on it. I am unsatisfied with this purchase.”

“Way smaller than anticipated and the quality of the picture isn’t what it looks like in the description. Definitely not worth what I paid! Looping into sending back for a refund.”

“I ordered a multipanel wall art and the different panels are not in perfect sync making it so difficult to align them and hang. Also the picture hangers are attached in level.”

“Although the picture looks good the measurements were off. They measured 38x18 instead of 42x19. As such it doesn’t fit the space as I had hoped…”

“I ordered 3 pieces of art and 2 of the frames were delivered with a damaged frame. After a refund, I ordered 2 replacement pieces and these were damaged as well. In total 4 out of 6 frames were damaged upon arrival. The company was very prompt to process a refund and apologize. I would recommend to the company to investigate a better quality frame for these expensive posters that they are selling.”

“The quality was what I expected but the print is incomplete. Its a star map but when you split it into 3 panels, there are now 2 1-inch strips of the map missing resulting in missing stars and incomplete labels.”

“far too many "update" emails. far too many marketing emails after one purchase. very annoying, I marked as spam and blocked. they shipped and it's a decent product, but that's basic stuff. No need to harass afterwards,”

“I have mixed feelings about the service to be honest. 1) The shipment arrived 2 days late which defeated the purpose since it was a birthday gift (supposed to arrive on oct 29th 2022 but got delivered on oct 31st 2022) 2) I am worried that the print on canvas might not last long because I already see some of it chip away from shipping. I don't know if any protective clear coating was applied to prevent that from happening 3) There is a slight warp on one of the pieces.”

“Quite disappointed with the canvases that I ordered they look very fake not at all like shown online . I ordered 6 canvases 1 Very large one and 5 smaller ones only 2 look almost close to the online pictures the rest are very poor. I spent a ton of money to redecorate my new bedroom and and disappointed.”
