“Well, I must say I was totally surprised when I received my order today. The quality is great, but the pictures are way too small. This is for a client's home and I must have misunderstood the measurements. I'm not sure this is going to work at all.”

“Love the maps, the colors and the quality. My purchase included push pins, however, there were no push pins in the shipment. I have sent 2 emails about this but have not received any response. At this time, I'd have to say the product is not as advertised!”

“I chose to make my wall art purchase through ElephantStock due to their exceptional selection of extra large, artwork. I was specifically looking to purchase a 4’x6’ piece, which many other companies just couldn’t produce. The production/shipping time was reasonable and assembly was easy. I did have a fit issue that resulted in some wrinkles on the framed print. I was forced to re-stretch the canvas and make a small corner trim, which solved the wrinkle issue. Now mounted on the wall, I really like the finish and design it’s added to my stairwell!”

“My artwork arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The framing and the canvas print are good quality. I'm pleased with how it looks in my dining room. The colors are a perfect compliment to the other elements in the room. The one drawback is one of the hangers on one print was not installed straight. My husband had to try to make an adjustment when hanging and it is still slightly off. Most people will probably not notice it. The sale made the cost reasonable. I would definitely recommend this site for your artwork.”

“Choosing the piece of art was the hard part...so many options. We were looking for a large canvass art piece and found your site. Selected a 72" x 48" piece to fit a large wall. Ordering was easy. After delivery I assembled the frame and mounted the canvass. I think that the written instructions and the video could be a bit more detailed. The video makes it look like you put it together in a minute. It takes longer to do it properly and get the corners to match up, etc. Our order came with four (4) mounting brackets, but the instructions only depicted two (2). So I was not sure if those were extras or what. I installed two brackets and took my time to make sure that the brackets were level on their own, and the same distance from the ceiling, since I did not have a level long enough to reach both brackets. We hung the piece of art and it was perfectly level. However, one bottom corner did not sit flat against the wall and hung out about an inch. I checked our wall and it was perfectly plumb. The piece looked bad from that side angle and I almost called your customer service for advice. Ended up using eight pieces of Gorilla Removable Mounting Putty on both bottom corners to make the frame stick to the wall. Problem solved. We like the piece and appreciate that we have 90 days to return it if we find it does not suit our style. Love that it's MADE IN TEXAS!!! Thanks, Elephant Stock.”

“Everything has been fine, though I haven't tried the print in the room yet, as it is at a different space. My one complaint is that I do not like the 2 hook hanging and believe this should be an option. I would have chose center hook. It is a complete pain to have 2 nails to measure etc. I have things much heavier on the wall that have strong center hooks. I don't know if I am keeping this yet, but that is my feedback. Thanks”

“While the picture is lovely, the top is more faded than in the picture on the website. There is only 1 claw hanger in the middle of the picture and for its size there should’ve been 2.”

“Painless process from start to finish. Great communication and the price was right. The print is lovely however, more attention should have been paid to how the canvas was streched. The sides are not clean and flat.”
